Joy-Den Jewelers provides a wonderful experience with fantastic and excellent customer service. The staff is amazingly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, gracious, and personable. They are great professionals who go the extra mile, making every sale or repair feel like an important personal experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They offer a great selection of so many beautiful items with good value, including the use of local crafters. Repairs are done right away and are always reliable. By far the best jeweler in MetroWest, they are strongly recommended for treating yourself or anyone you care about.

Came here 20 plus years ago. We bought a preowned center radiant cut stone. They had it set in platinum with baguettes on the sides as I specified. It’s fabulous and I’ve had to take it to different jewelers for checks and insurance appraisals over the years. Never a problem. It’s still gorgeous.
