sent email to their customer service per email provided and it came back - bad info provided. Vaporizer they manufacture or over see the manufacturing of has a horrible flaw that they need to fix - particles are clogging up intake and who knows what it is putting into the air

Awful customer service. Wrote to them about a humidifier issue and got canned responses that had nothing to do with the problem.
