I bought an $80 jacket at the Marshalls in Northborough… The tag was ripped in half when I purchased it but the price was printed in upper right corner so the associate confirmed the price based on the ticket and rang it up for me. I just tried to return the jacket as it didn’t fit well,, to the Marshalls in Marlboro because that’s where I live. I had the receipt, it was only two days after I purchased it, but the cashier looked the jacket up on her computer, and would not let me return it because she said that the tags didn’t match the jacket… Note that I had my receipt, that the numbers on the receipt matched the ticket, the ticket was attached to the jacket - it even had the original manufacturers tickets on it so I asked her if she was accusing me of swapping out the tickets and she said no but she couldn’t take the jacket back, that I had to go back to Northborough. I asked her why didn’t the associate do that when I bought it, and she said they should have. As a consumer who used to buy a lot of stuff at Marshalls, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods. I will not be buying any Christmas presents there because my family is not local and I don’t want them to have to be accused of either swapping tags or be given the responsibility of training a sales associate. I will not be shopping there in the future for myself if I’m going to be accused of tickets swapping, I have never been so offended.

I love that selections, how clean and organised. I don't like being profiled and followed. I instantly confronted her. Anyway got me a cute pajama set for Halloween Season, a blanket needed one, a pair of sneakers mine are worn out and a 5 pair of ultra soft underwear from nautica.

Omg what can I say about Marshalls hmmmm... well first off let's just say I can go broke just walking in there ?.. I absolutely love this store, it has everything and anything that you are looking for from knickknacks it has little bits of furniture pieces here and there tons of clothes shoes, bags, purses ... jewelry... perfume omg I could go on and on .. I am or I could be the spokes model for that store LOL everything I where practically comes from there... I'm telling you if I worked there I'd have to Tell them keep my paycheck because it would all be spent there ?.. great gifts for loved ones also.. beautiful hair products..I could go on and on . Anyways my absolute favorite store of all times .
