If I could give a zero star I would! This morning I called McGovern MHQ in Marlboro, Mass., to place a order for clear chevons for my personal 2020 Ford Explorer St. It should be noted that I have previously purchased chevron from this business in the past with no problems, up until today when I spoke to a gentleman by the name of "Bill" in Graffics! I called him to plce an order for chevons, and he was very rude and refused to sell me the high-intensity chevron for my vehicle! Like I said, I purchased the graffics in the past; I only want them for my vehicle, which is CLEARLY legal to buy; and it's not impersonating a police officer. I just want it for safety because I'm in the towing and recovery industry, and at times I do use my personal vehicle to assist motorists on the side of the roadway when they're in distress. Thank you.
Just an update. I just purchased the Reflective chevons from another "police" graffics dealer, and they're on the way in the mail to me. Thanks Bill. MHQ just lost $200.00 from my business, and the other graffics dealer made it from my business!

M h q isn't very reliable when it comes to timely delivery of equipment ordered in March of 2015 and it's now November 2015 and excuse after excuse now maybe feb 2016 so we will order said equipment elsewhere

MHQ has been great to us! I have no complaints at all! Bill and Jeremy in service have been able to get my cruisers back on the road in no time. I guess thats why they call it "Quick Turn". Jay and Steve in the store are always available to help me pick new lights. If you have any questions about lights, Steve is the lighting Guru!
