The team at mides Marlborough was very helpful and professional. They communicated with me on what they were doing and the prices are very reasonable. Over all I give them 5 stars and I will be going there again.

Im from DC…was on the highway In Massachusetts run flats on bmw blow out. Pull over to first exit and went to Midas! There Jonathan who was working helped me tremendously!!!! I have pirelli tires and only needed one that popped! My man ordered the tire had it installed on the BM before I could finish my waffle at Sunnyside Cafe!! I had a 9hr drive back home and my man literally treated us With A+++ service!!!!The thanks and appreciation I have for Jonathan and his crew goes beyond words!!!!! When im back in Masss I’m stopping by just to say whaddduuuup! Give thanks bro I made it home safe and sound 🙏🏼 Thank you Jonathan

Can't say enough good things about John. Guy seems to really care about his job and it shows.
I got some work done somewhere else that they fixed quickly and were very transparent about what they were doing and why. I feel a lot safer driving around with my newborn now.
Also I think it is worth mentioning, at no point did they ask for a review despite going above and beyond with their service and transparency.

I had a blown engine. Andrew advocated for me with the warranty company and was able to get it approved! I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family!

My brakes were grinding bad I called and spoke to Jonathon he set me up to come right in looked over my whole car and gave me a very fair quote. I asked when I could drop it off to be fixed and he told me he could do it right away. I waited approximately 1 1/2 hours and it was done, also got an oil change. The service I got there was amazing and everyone was so nice. I’ll be going back there again, hopefully not too soon. lol
I highly recommend them😊

They ALWAYS fit me in! Nick was very pleasant. They got my car in right away for an oil change without having an appointment. I come here for all my car troubles and I have no had an issues.

This place bent over backwards to squeeze me in when I really needed my car fixed for a pretty reasonable price, will definitely be going to them again the next time I need a mechanic. Great guys.
