We were very pleased with our care from Option Care. They were available for all our needs. Very professional and pleasant. Our care came to an end and I was sad to say goodbye. Highly recommend this company.

I have received my medication from option care for two years, and I haven’t had an any problems. They call each month to confirm that I am continuing to use it, set up a delivery day, and it is driven to my house by individuals who have always let me know when they are on their way, text when they arrive, and if I’m not home, they confirm that they have dropped it off with a picture. They are very dependable.

Run far away from this company, especially the New England chapter. The level of poor customer service and incompetent people there is astounding. No one will call you back. Ever. I have called, no exaggerating, 8 times in the past month trying to get my child's medical infusion straightened out. Everytime I am told they will call us back... they do not. This medicine is needed to live. He can literally die without this medication. Missing a dose means his body will reject it by creating antibodies and he can no longer take it. No one cares. You get the run around. I have done all the leg work, jumped through a million hoops, yet they still cannot help him. We have zero choice who can give us this medication Insurance says. I am a parent at a loss because they refuse to just make a simple phone call. If you want to live? I'd do whatever is necessary to get away from this awful useless company.

Every single person we have dealt with at Option Care has gone above and beyond. I was shocked to read the negative reviews here because we have been working with them for the past several weeks now and we have been nothing but pleased with the courtesy we have have been shown, the competency that has been displayed and the absolute dedication demonstrated by everyone there to get my mother in law her medicine accurately and timely. Special thanks to Julia, Orlando, Rebecca, and Joseph, as well as all the fantastic and professional couriers. We are so very grateful!

On December 29th a “medical professional” from your organization came to change Leonid Leyferman’s port/PICC Line. When another representative came the following week on Thursday, January 6th they notified us that the previous weeks treatment was done incorrectly and that Leonid needed to go to the emergency room so it could be rectified. He spent several hours in the emergency room during a health crisis while immunocompromised dealing with this issue. This is very disturbing because for over a week Leonid was administering his very important antibiotic into an incorrectly placed line unknown to us if it was in a vein and if the antibiotic was reaching the intended location. On top of everything the individual had removed his gloves mid procedure and did not put new ones on. I understand if your organization is short staffed but a persons health and well being, especially someone that has been in and out of the ICU due to critical health complications, should not be paying the price.

I would not recommend Option Care if this is the branch you are dealing with. They can NEVER get the supplies count right and I am always short on supplies, requiring them to make an extra trip just to deliver SALINE OR HEPARIN. This branch is very incompetent compared to my experience with the New Hampshire branch. If I ever require an IV again I will make sure I do not deal with Option Care again. I shouldn’t have to be calling for more supplies when the pharmacy knows my medication and what is required daily. Just know, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! ????????EDIT: I sent email to the option feedback email and to my surprise got nothing back. I am having another picc line and specifically requested NOT to have Option Care since they cannot do simple math for supplies. Don’t waste your time.

My experience with OptionCare is a bit mixed. It started out rocky with an unsatisfactory nurse but since it has been mostly aces.Communication, courtesy, competence, empathy all there. They have single handedly kept me alive for the past two years. Some couriers could be better but most are satisfactory with a few that are over-the-top the best and most helpful people.

Should get zero stars. Read all the other reviews. They can't handle the patients they have and neglect I rampant.Multiple times wrong med delivery. I had the same nurse for 9 years and their incompetence has forced her to quit. Now I am waiting for a new nurse to call me the night before my infusion to schedule. How does that happen with medical care.Terrible Company ...stay far away..I am in the process of leaving myself but it is not easy swriching while on meds.
