Over the past 4 months I've purchased at least $10k in lumber/tools from this Home Depot since we have been doing so major remodeling of our home. I've ignored the fact the their curbside pickup is non existent even though it's advertised since they are close to my house so it convenient to go there. Today I needed to do a simple exchange of a an Xmas gift that was the wrong model and was treated like I was some kind of scammer/criminal because I don't have the receipt from the gift. Never again will I shop here. The customer experience at Lowe's is 10 times the joke of Home Depot. They actually have curbside pick up and are extremely efficient with it and the people working there are welcoming and friendly. Good luck HD treating one of your best customers this way.

This is a typical HD. The quality of service depends on the day and time that you go there. The atmosphere was clean and well kept.

It's a typical Home Depot. But not managed well. Went there on Wednesday and they had 5 aisles cordoned off for restock maybe? Why are you shutting down half the store midday on Wednesday? DO NOT buy the 5 gallon waters for your dispenser. They charge you $7 per bottle for new (no bottles to exchange) customers). But they never have full water bottles to exchange. So when I tried to leave the program and get my $28 for 4 empty bottles, they refused to give me my money back for them. I told the associate that this is illegal in MA for sure, and she just turned her back on me. Run down, clueless employees, and no one around to help, I'd advise going to Lowes.

I shop at Marlborough MA this morning. it is terrible there. The floor staff knows nothing about the product i need and miss guide me to the wrong place and acts like i owe them money. Never seen a worst place in my life.David H

bought a new fridge 6/17 delivered last friday.freezer works great. Fridge doesnt work, temp in fridge is 52 should be 40. Home depot wants to send someone out to fix it next monday.what am I supoed to do until next monday? Idont want it fixed i want a new one, thats what I paid-over a thousand dollars for. Please dont shop there. They dont want to give me a new one. I have filed a disput on my credit card and filed a complaint with the attorney generals office.i will never pay this bill. I want it removed from my house a i will go somewhere else to buy.

Today went in to check out some Polywood Curveback Adirondack chairs for our Fire-pit area. Found it, sat in it and really like it. Went inside to get some help finding more. Nancy the customer service person really went out of her way to help me locate the chairs. Home Depot only had 2 grey available then I would have to order 4 more. It just made sense to just place the order through customer service for all chairs. Nancy stayed with me through the whole order just making sure I got what I wanted. She really made my experience at Home Depot a positive one. Cannot wait for these chairs to come it and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you, Nancy look forward to seeing you again soon.

Can you at least open 1 human register? What a waste of time to stand in a line that's just for SELF CHECKOUT. Check this out... Umm no. I'll go someplace where they hire humans. Ill pay money to buy your home Depot sh't then stand in line so I can act as a cashier too?? How much you paying me??

Tried to get a shelf cut. Their powered shelf cutter wasn't working (has been broken for months). 2 different employees refused to cut a single shelf. 2 months ago, they did it, no problem. Poor customer service, lazy employees. I'll go to Lowes from now on.

I first went to the Leominster Home Depot with a broken miniblind. The man in flooring told me it was an irregular size and the miniblind cutter was broken. So I went to Marlboro. Due to road closures for a Labor Day parade I got lost. I called and the staff were so patient and stayed on the phone with me over 6 minutes until I got on the right track. Once I got there the woman in flooring was great. It turns out the miniblind is a standard size and I travelled all the way here wasting 2 hours of my time and a quarter tank of gas due to incompetence in Leominster. I wish I lived closer to this location as it would be my go-to store. They know what they are doing.

DO NOT buy anything that you need delivered to your home through Home Depot. I ordered a dishwasher in May 15th that was supposed to be delivered on May 19th. The delivery was cancelled without my knowing, and rescheduled for May 26th. It did not arrive again, without anyone being able to explain why and it was rescheduled again for June 1st. I had to talk to many different people and could not get a direct answer.

If you ask about a online order/refund the big bad manager Brian will try and physically intimidate you out of the store. The police were actually able to give a better customer service explanation on the situation then this 10 yr vet with no brain could do. Be careful of this LOONEY-tic at this store if approached

Lots of stock in general. But mediocre wood at best. Lots of the wood is either warped, full of knots, or the wrong dimensions. Tried to find a single straight 2x4 and ended up going to Lowe's instead.
