“TL;DR, I have absolutely no regrets working with Megan whatsoever. Her experience, patience, attention to detail, and amazing connections (and skill at coordinating them) made her a perfect choice of a buyer's agent and made my first time homebuying experience an easy and even enjoyable one.

When I started out as a first time homebuyer looking for a house, there were a lot of choices of real estate agents out there for me, and a lot of information to dig into to find the right choice in a buyer's agent. One of the main credentials that ultimately made my decision easy was the experience Megan has. With her 25+ years of experience in real estate, she has a very good idea of the market, and the intricacies of the buying process. Additionally, she has past experience as a home appraiser, and has a good eye for what a house is really worth.

After retaining her services and beginning my search, she was responsive to likes, requests for private showings, and activity at large for all the prospective houses that I looked more into. The areas that i looked at at times stretched a little further north than the areas she typically worked in, but once again her experience allowed her to have a good idea of the quality of houses that I looked at up there.

Those times that i did put an offer in on a house was seamless with Megan coordinating the offer process, and making sure to explain the specifics such that they were well understood. When it came time to buy, her network of contacts (her "team") were absolutely perfect fits for me. Between the bank, insurance agent and lawyer for the offer and closing process, I had a great sense of coordination and communication, all coordinated by her.

As a first time homebuyer, and any other buyer, I highly recommend Megan as a buyer's agent.”
