“We were a first-time home seller; we thought about trying to sell the house ourselves but ultimately decided to use Joe Romeo, which turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made. He marketed our home very well. The pictures online were so good it almost made US want to buy it! Over the course of four days it was shown to 41 perspective buyers, of which 11 made offers - all above our asking price. Joe helped us select the overall best buyer (not based solely on price).
