I've been in customer service for 40 years and could tell right away this guy is simply horrible to customers. He is condescending, sarcastic, and rude. Doesn't introduce himself, won't let you ask any questions until "he is done" with the service call. He cut me off or ignored me several times illustrating his disdain to even engage with a customer or their concerns while simply emptying filthy water from my dishwasher down my sink. He left paper towels on the floor before he left and didn't reinstall the racks that I took off for him. An absolute loser servicing Marlborough, Hudson MA.

A total lack of in-person communication in-between technician calls is very frustrating. The bots just don't do it!!

Came to service stove a before said it was user error, stove oven still didn't work, called again and told them the same thing , already paid service fee, came out 2nd time tech said I refused to fix last trip???, not true, after 15 minutes found that knobs were not correct switched knobs and told me the service fee needed to be paid again because I refused to fix the problem last time,???, since I believe the tech lied about needing a part replacement on the first trip when he said it was user error, I paid once I'm not paying twice for a bad tech and lie the first time???

The serviceman was great and went out of his way to complete the appointment after the original contractor's truck broke down. Sears, however, is awful. My part was backordered, the original appointment was cancelled due to the backlog, and I had to wait 6 weeks or so to rebook it. I was unable to talk to a human being to resolve this, or at least expedite the new appointment if someone cancelled. Very frustrating. My original appointment was in May, the tractor was fixed August 4th. This cost me a lot of money to hire someone to cut my grass 2/3 of the season.

They did not tell me that they would charge me a fuel surcharge until after they arrived. Fuel prices are down but surcharge remains. $99 for diagnosis which takes 15 min is too expensive. Especially when the repair bill is $800 and you need to decline the service because a new one costs $500.Service: Dryer repair

My water heater recently gave way and leaked through the bottom. Since it was under warranty I have been working with Sears to get a replacement. The Customer Service folks have been helpful and courteous to the extent of what they can do, however, the other departments have terrible people. I got transferred to their benefits department to understand what is covered or not because I suddenly had a plumbing emergency come up due to the water heater and the guy said plumbing emergency is not covered which I did not argue about if it was not in the plan. But I asked how long does it take to get a replacement and he said 7-10 business days. I have littleKids in the house and I got nervous and asked what am I supposed to do for 7 - 10 days without hot water. The response I received in the rudest way was “ I don’t know. I guess do not take a shower with Cold Water”. This interaction has left a bad taste and once i get my replacement installed, I will never do business with Sears ever again.

I needed my Lawnmower repaired. I needed some parts which arrived in 4 days. My next appointment was 4 weeks out. The technician told me to call if the parts come early unfortunately there was no appointment available. There was not a single person you could talk to only virtual messages. Several times I got in to a lop about med alert and this has not been the first time that happen. The Technician was great he serviced my Mower before I would give him 5 stars.Sears Service set up I would give 0 stars.
