I had a great experience with their storage. Easy to rent, to pay, and to access. There's no gates, so, you can access 24 hours. I left my furniture over there for 6 months and I really recommend the spaces.

Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the right size and type of unit needed. Extremely patient with my many questions and went above and beyond to educate me on the storage industry and insurance ins and outs.
Becca was also a very helpful. They are a great team, and provide top-notch customer service-with-a-smile!

I'm kinda growing tired with the landscapers taking up all of the properties parking spaces and loading areas. They always be moving their trailers on the daily taking other tenants spaces. Even worse now that most of their vehicles don't move or work and collecting dust and debris. It got worse this year. This needs to get fixed, one of my reasons I want to relocate to a different area. This was never an issue before until this year.

Facility is clean, warm and well lit. Access to our unit was easy and the whole experience was pleasant.

Very nice, helpful staff. Place is always clean. However, every year there is a large, non-negotiable increase in the fees charged. There is no good reason for these as inflation is low and their costs cannot have increased all that much every single year. Unless one is storing for a very short time, these fees are burdensome and largely a waste of money.

I have been there for 3yrs and I have been taking stuff out as we build our new home. I am finding that everything is destroyed by mice. Even though it's in containers most items they find there way in and there are droppings and holes in some of my clothing. I can tell that water is somehow getting in also from the musty smell. I am just being honest with the survey and the worst part is I pay $184 monthly. I just cannot wait to get all my items out of the unit.

The folks at Store Rooms Self Storage are incredibly helpful, super nice and very professional. The site is clean, dry and temperature controlled just as advertised.Prices are great.

I don’t like how the lights aren’t timed, and the sensors are garbage. Either make the storage cheaper or get it fixed!
