Very nice, helpful staff. Place is always clean. However, every year there is a large, non-negotiable increase in the fees charged. There is no good reason for these as inflation is low and their costs cannot have increased all that much every single year. Unless one is storing for a very short time, these fees are burdensome and largely a waste of money.

I have been there for 3yrs and I have been taking stuff out as we build our new home. I am finding that everything is destroyed by mice. Even though it's in containers most items they find there way in and there are droppings and holes in some of my clothing. I can tell that water is somehow getting in also from the musty smell. I am just being honest with the survey and the worst part is I pay $184 monthly. I just cannot wait to get all my items out of the unit.

The folks at Store Rooms Self Storage are incredibly helpful, super nice and very professional. The site is clean, dry and temperature controlled just as advertised.Prices are great.

I don’t like how the lights aren’t timed, and the sensors are garbage. Either make the storage cheaper or get it fixed!

5 stars! Brenda and Sarah are awesome - friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They helped me getting set up and answering my questions quickly, always with a smile! The facility is clean and well kept. I like the safety of someone always being there when I access my storage lockers. I have been a customer here for the last 2.5 years and highly recommend Store Rooms in Marlboro to anyone looking for some extra room to store your things!
