We handed Michelle the cashier at the self check out a $20 bill for one a travel size lotion. She only handed a few dollars back. Our change would’ve been much greater that a few dollars We told her that we gave her a $20 and she said that we gave her a five and that we shouldn’t pay cash anymore and walked away. We tried to talk to customer care and they said they would reach out the next day when they able to collect the video footage. They never reached out. Several days later we went back and they said who ever has access to the cameras is out of town for the week and that they would get back to us before we left town. Never did. We left a separate review stating all of this and they said that this would be taken care of and customer service is their top priority. Nothing was resolved. We still don’t have our money to this day. So if any one uses cash. Keep a good eye on it because it seems like to pick pocket.

Worst drive up service. Girl is rude. We have had the same girl a few times over the past few weeks. She’s very slow and very rude. Takes forever. We waited fifteen minutes for our order that was “ready” and there was no one else in drive up. This has happened many times. Enough to now leave a review

Sunday at 10am and zero people at check out. Self check out backed up to pharmacy. Pay your people Target. Every time I'm in there, there is 600 boxes on aisles or a huge mess. If you pay them, they will work for you.
Update: This milk section is full of expired products and stinks like rotten dairy. What is going on Target?!
Update 2: are employees allowed to sit at the curb at the drive up and smoke? Just having a convo on the phone and blowing smoke at people
Target you are so unfun these days. I used to look forward to shopping here. Not anymore. It's giving Walmart circa 1995.
May 10th 2025- 10:09 am and self checkout is closed. It's mother's day weekend. TARGET OPEN THE SELF CHECK OUTS FOR F'S SAKE!!!

Worst place to shop. The self check out doesn't take cash (because they don't know what they're doing). There is never an employee to help out. I just left my product behind. Never shopping here again!

Never have anything I’m looking for even tho the app say they do. Management’s doesn’t even know when they will even receive anything which is bulkshit since that has to do with inventory. How are you the manager and yet you don’t even know what your inventory is free to restock the store that is the manager‘s job

Self checkout is never open on the weekends. Only one cashier, which causes a line. Was told to go to customer service where they would ring me up and was charged for an item that was already on the counter that was not mine and I hadn't noticed until I drove all the way home. I will no longer be shopping at Target.

I can't stand this Target. The shelves are constantly bare. Target.com will say they have things in stock but they don't. The mannequins always have clothes on the. That aren't available in the store. There are never enough people working registers so, unless you go as soon as the store opens or late at night, there's regularly lines all the way past the registers. It'd help if the cashiers didn't spend 10 minutes chit-chatting with customers, and the credit card computers weren't so slow.

There seems to always be an issue with checkout. Today lines at two open cashier stations were long, I walk over to self check out and all four self checkouts were closed. Out of frustration I left my items in the carriage and walked out. Something’s got to give! Once in a while I understand but literally every single time I’m there it’s a problem with check out lines and not enough associates.

Not sure who is giving this place such high reviews- the score seems fishy because it truly doesn’t measure up when compared to other locations. It’s a clean, nice enough facility but every time you go here you will be met with an issue with checkout. Either the only 4 self checkout machines are “out of service” meaning an extremely long line at 1-3 cashiers, or they’re functioning and with no other cashiers available. 4 machines for a gigantic facility, meaning you will be waiting in line with anywhere from 10-40 people. It adds up quickly especially during peak hours. There have been times when we’ve walked in fully intending to spend a decent amount of money here and left seeing the checkout situation. It is genuinely a problem every single time, and sometimes it’s tolerable enough but it’s gotten to a point where it feels like “why bother?” when there are other places competent enough not to waste customers time like this. This has been an issue at this location for a few years now and I would hope that management considers additional machines or keeping cashiers on hand, but it looks like they just do not care enough about their customers to make the bare minimum effort into keeping the shopping experience pleasant. You may see this review and think I’m being dramatic or overthinking it, but when you regularly want to shop somewhere and are met with the prospects of adding 20 minutes to your trip every time just to check out, you begin to realize how much of your time is being wasted by people who should be happy you are giving them your money and patronage. In fact, I’m using my time spent in the checkout line right now to type this novel out. Do better Boston Post Target.
