There seems to always be an issue with checkout. Today lines at two open cashier stations were long, I walk over to self check out and all four self checkouts were closed. Out of frustration I left my items in the carriage and walked out. Something’s got to give! Once in a while I understand but literally every single time I’m there it’s a problem with check out lines and not enough associates.

Not sure who is giving this place such high reviews- the score seems fishy because it truly doesn’t measure up when compared to other locations. It’s a clean, nice enough facility but every time you go here you will be met with an issue with checkout. Either the only 4 self checkout machines are “out of service” meaning an extremely long line at 1-3 cashiers, or they’re functioning and with no other cashiers available. 4 machines for a gigantic facility, meaning you will be waiting in line with anywhere from 10-40 people. It adds up quickly especially during peak hours. There have been times when we’ve walked in fully intending to spend a decent amount of money here and left seeing the checkout situation. It is genuinely a problem every single time, and sometimes it’s tolerable enough but it’s gotten to a point where it feels like “why bother?” when there are other places competent enough not to waste customers time like this. This has been an issue at this location for a few years now and I would hope that management considers additional machines or keeping cashiers on hand, but it looks like they just do not care enough about their customers to make the bare minimum effort into keeping the shopping experience pleasant. You may see this review and think I’m being dramatic or overthinking it, but when you regularly want to shop somewhere and are met with the prospects of adding 20 minutes to your trip every time just to check out, you begin to realize how much of your time is being wasted by people who should be happy you are giving them your money and patronage. In fact, I’m using my time spent in the checkout line right now to type this novel out. Do better Boston Post Target.

It's a spectacular company, but they definitely need more employees, everything is out of place, everything is thrown around, and when we ask employees about an item, they inform us that they are late and cannot help

This store was a mess!!!! I was here on a Wednesday night and the store look like a tornado hit it. The excuse of no staff is not valid as I personally know three people who applied to this store and were rejected and two of them had a wide open availability. As I walked through the store I saw seven employees in total five on the floor three of them were on their phones. The manager and district manager should be embarrassed. I’ve seen better conditions in a warehouse, and at least the prices reflected the conditions. Horrified !!

This store was such a mess I had to leave. Look at pictures. Stuff everywhere. The manager and District manager should be embarrassed. There is no excuse for no help because I know three people personally, who applied to that store and were turned down. Two of them had wide open availability while walking through the store I saw total of seven employees five of them were on the floor and three of those were on their phone they were pallets, carriages, full of merchandise and stuff all over the place. There were even isles I couldn’t go down because they were blocked by multiple carriages full of merchandise to be put away. The store could be closed for three days and still not be cleaned up. Horrified

I was not happy. I drove 45 minutes to pick up a toy you had in inventory, and your employee said the inventory has to be off. The last time you ordered was last year.

I met Zora today who was an absolute delight. She was so helpful and thoughtful in addressing my needs. I wanted to leave her an official review but cannot find the spot to do that on my receipt. I hope her manager sees this and knows he has a hard working, dedicated staffer

Not one employee on check out. Self check out backed up 15 to 20 people deep. Fruit isle almost completey bare. I heard other people in check out line saying they were never coming to this target again, and I'm with them. If you're too cheap to pay the wage to put an extra employee on I'm not giving you my business

HORRIBLE. I am forced to go here as nothing else is open late. Every time you will find Nothing Is ever priced. Every time not a working price checker machine to be found. The MISERY of being FORCED to self check out in a 2x1 teeny tiny space is as I said miserable . It makes no business sense because there are six or seven employees standing by the self-checkout. Next to them are eight checkout aisles with cash registers not a single lane open or ever staffed. Most of the people that work there serm pleasant and nice. But I honestly have no idea how this store is still operating?? If there was anywhere else open late, I would ? percent avoid this Target.?

Sunday at 10am and zero people at check out. Self check out backed up to pharmacy. Pay your people Target. Every time I'm in there, there is 600 boxes on aisles or a huge mess. If you pay them, they will work for you.

Actually had an employee cut in front of me in the self checkout line today. This Target is a mess and it's employees are rude. Go somewhere else.

Target is the most horrible store. Random numbers to price items during checkout, and “management” 20 something’s can’t help you fix the price as XChDZG?%}+!

Great employees at customer service counter. Should hire more for checkout counters during busy hours.

They need more people to help. Their stock is pretty low. It’s horrible when they’re to find a game and they didn’t have any in stock looked around ask the person said they won’t even have any in stock for the next week. Walmart might be a little bit better.
