a customer for 9 year and have to say all the staff is friendly and service is as expected for the number of people in the bank... when staff is low, yes you have to wait.

The personnel are liars: they promised to call me in two different cases which was very important for me and they never did. The last time I asked "which number u r going to call me?" and they didn't have ANY phone number in my account...

So disgusted with customer service & online banking problems! Im ready to close my account. Have been abke to transfer $ from savings to account outside TD only by jumping thru hoops.Now unable to do this at all & soliciting help from customer service NO HELP AT ALL! Had 1 rep say she had to "research" account & 20 minutes later just that horrible music & no response, so I hung up. Ive had "help" at bank location, where rep make mistake entering account number for a large $ transfer. Transfer didnt go thru (I discovered next day) which created issue & rep didnt even apologize for his mistake. Cust serv must be very low pay & bank can't get employees who give a crap. Bank doesnt care either. They advertise "Legendary service", but that' a joke. Also savings account interest rates are the lowest of the low. We are moving our $ to another bank with 4x times the rate. Goodbye TD. You are not customer friendly on too many levels!

"Americas most convenient bank" its not! Personnel very nice but service is slow. If you try to phone a particular service rep, your calls go to voice mail or to the main bank in another state. They have no idea who or where the agent is...I finally emailed the man who was helping me transfer funds to an account at another bank. He called me back 4 hours later; & got the transfer made before closing time. Next day I found out transfer didnt go thru because he entered the wrong account number! Also if you have an android phone, online banking extremely frustrating to navigate. Their systems have issues processing info from an android...customer service said "they are working on it"I'm going to close my account there...too much hassle!

If I could give no star I would. This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Always waiting forever for someone to come to the drive up window. Here now, been waiting 20 minutes. There was a lady next to us who was here longer, she ended up leaving. It’s always like this.

I opened my account in Hudson, I have been coming to the Marlborough branch now for several months since the Hudson branch closed. Sadly I will be closing my account with TD bank due to the slow service here. Unfortunately it’s just not acceptable to be sitting at a drive up with no line for 20+ minutes. Normally I can be open minded about this but it has been the case during several visits now.

Just waited 30 minutes in line to be told to hold on longer...in all it took 43 minutes to make one withdrawal and there were only 2 cars in front of me the entire time...this branch has seen its customer service drop drastically and I’m considering closing my accounts... I ask that the GM review the staff who were working today 12/23 from 1115am-12pm and ensure they are giving some sort of coaching or training because it’s actually embarrassing to have staff that are not competent in any facet of their job...

3 attempts in one day to get through drive up window. Waited approx 15 minutes each time with 6 or 7 cars ahead of me each attempt that did not move. Only one teller at drive up window. Ridiculous.
