  The service at this store is spectacular! The sales assistant, Kamylle, is perfect; she's always willing to help with anything, especially when contacting the phone company! The prices are fair, and the service is the best I've ever seen in any other store! Congratulations to the staff and congratulations to Proprietary for having such capable and polite employees!

  Can I give them zero stars because that's what the salesman deserves! I wanted to add a line. I had called before arriving. I was not acknowledged when I entered the store. I moved to the counter for assistance. The salesman moved there as well without making eye contact. Three men then entered the store attracting the salesman's attention. I stepped right in front of the register so as not to allow these new customers to cut in front of me, but that did not matter as the salesman engaged them right away with me standing right there ignored! Perhaps this store only waits on men! Such rude and disrespectful behavior does not reflect well on Total Wireless!

  Absolute terrible service. Went there to pick up Amazon package and never was able to retrieve it.Now I have to call Amazon and tell them I never got my package.The person at desk first couldn’t find my package and after 15 minutes of looking I found it myself at the counter.I showed my ID tracking and order code and he wouldn’t let me take the package till he scanned with the stores Amazon scanner.They must have never scanned it in properly or the person was searching the wrong system. He just told me to wait a minute. He called his boss and I waited for a half hour while they tried to type in a password. Meanwhile he helped someone else cash a check instead of assisting me.Terrible system terrible customer service never use this place to pick up Amazon packages or any package for that matter.
