Fernando and his team did a big month long project in my house and I can’t say enough good things! I had my whole house painted and all my cabinets done. Fernando made sure I was 100 percent satisfied w the colors I chose from the book of swatches to see which I liked. He made awesome suggestions on renovating the house. The professionalism this team has is outstanding. They make sure they take their time in getting each job done. The quality of their work is beyond expectations. I’ve heard nothing but negative things about having cabinets redone but Fernando made sure his work was all done w time and not rushed which makes everything look even and smooth. My daughter owns a single family 2 level home in Framingham approximately 3000 sq ft. We decided to proceed with Ultimate Pro finish painting to paint the entire interior and Exterior finishes including 3 decks. The house had not been painted for 30 years. My experience working with the owner and his team was a very positive. They were very professional in the preparation including pressure washing which is so important in the painting process. Unfortunately, doing a good job cleaning cars doesn't mean you're running a good operation. After making an appointment about a week earlier, when I arrived at 8:30am, one of the employees didn't know I had an appointment. This seems odd after talking to the keener myself making the appointment. Apparently, he didn't bother to write this down. The employee didn't speak English well enough to find out why I was there. I had to use Google Translate. Once we communicate via Google Translate, he wrote down my name and number on a ripped up piece of paper. It was clear from the website and reviews that this place SEEMED legit. My car was dropped off at 8:30 and I called back around 10 to check on the status, because the first employee couldn't give me any information. I spoke to the boss who told me, after I told him the make and model of my car for the second time, that the price was $180. After hearing this price again I took out cash. They only accept cash or check. I called again on my way there, and the boss proceeded to chew me out saying I didn't tell him it was a large SUV. Apparently it was my fault for telling him it was a Subaru Ascent, TWICE, which is a large 7 passenger vehicle. 1. He never bothered to write down my appointment after we made it. 2. He wasn't there to receive my car or help translate. 3. He was very rude and argumentative on the phone trying to blame his unprofessional business practice on 4. He kept telling me I told him it was a sedan. (Why the hell would I do that?) 5. It took them 9 hours to clean my car. Unacceptable when I have had my car cleaned in less than 3.

If every large corporation in the US were like this small business, we'd be the #1 powerhouse among nations for at least twenty years. For what reason? Pride in workmanship and an incredible attention to detail. At a fair price.

Highly recommend Ultimate Auto Detailing. Brought my Audi A5 convertible in today. Not a speck of dirt or dust or pollen was left inside the car and they were able to fix an area where another car had swiped my wheel well. Couldn't ask for a better job. I will be bringing all of my cars to Ultimate Auto Detailing. Thank you!!

While I did not get my car detailed here, I felt the need to leave them a positive review regardless. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable. The only reason I didn't get my car cleaned here was because I needed it done that day and they already had a full schedule. The only negative is that the building is a little confusing. There is an office for a different business next door to the garage. Make sure you go into the garage itself if you visit!

Dropped my 4 Runner off yesterday AM and when I picked it up, it looked better than when I drove it off the Toyota lot last year. I didn't even want to drive it and ruin the shine!! I highly recommend Ultimate Auto Detailing!!
