"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.

I highly recommend USA Pro Detailing & Car Wash. Phaola is so pleasant to work with and very accommodating. When I arrived to pick up my SUV, I hardly recognized it as it looked sparkling new. I was impressed by their high quality work and no part of my detailing was overlooked. They even cleaned the engine compartment which also looked fantastic. Great job, very fair pricing and super nice family owned business. Thank you for taking such great care in detailing my SUV.Services: Seat shampooing

My car looks better than when I bought it! I wish I took before and after photos! I have a toddler - who eats in the car - and my car looks like a million bucks! I didn't even want to get in it - it was so clean! All I have to say, is Thank you - Thank you - Thank you! Process was super easy, called, made an appt, dropped off at 8:30am - it was done by noon! They even cleaned my ceiling - where there was long forgotten smoothie splatter! My car looks amazing! Thanks again!Services: Car waxing

I brought my 2011 Toyota Tacoma in for it's first ever detail. I have to say, it looks like the day I bought it. The engine compartment and bed looked brand new. This was the best car detailing I've ever gotten in my life!!!!! I am in shock!!! My car looks brand new even under the hood!!! Even when I went to get gas all around my gas cap the gas door everything looks bright white and brand new not any dirt or stains anywhere!! She even got the vinyl in my car cleaned which I could not even do with a magic eraser!!!! The windows are so clean inside and out. The engine was all cleaned and underneath the hood. I have never been so impressed!!!! Amazing!!!!!!

Brought my daughter's Vette to USA Pro Detailing and couldn't be happier. Overall a great experience. Phaola is a pleasure to deal with and she did a fantastic job on the car. I couldnt possibly be more happy with the detailing done on my tacoma. We had husky hair, spilled burrito, and 3 years worth of dirt build up. It came out looking like a BRAND new car. i doubt the dealership did this well...

last week I brought my 2009 Honda accord in to be detailed, it had not been really cleaned since 2009, I I had grease stains, dog hair you name it. Honest to God, it came back better than new !! I would go back in a minute and tell everyone I know.

I went to USA pro detailing shop in April 2012. At that time there was offer for "Full car detailing" and I opt for that. That guy mentioned, he will shampoo floor as well as roof carpets inside the car, complete car wash, waxing etc. And he delivered what he promised and wow! my car was looking awesome. He fixed some dents, removed color spots. The guy was helpful and on request; he also checked engine oil, transmission oil, wiper fluids for free.
