I had a disappointing experience with the staff, Buely. She exhibited rude and disrespectful behavior, making it evident that she was not making an effort to fulfill my simple request of sending a package. To add to the frustration, she insisted on charging me $5 for tape, even though it was unnecessary. This made my overall experience quite unpleasant

Please talk to your staff about professionalism with clientele who may have disabilities that aren't noticeable. ADA discrimination policies should be addressed, and if someone says they can not read a document, it is extremely rude to reply to that person who is legally blind "Oh you REALLY can't see." Thank you.

Although the counter people seem nice and competent, the "Supervisor of Customer Service" is extremely rude, insulting and disrespectful. When I told him that someone who lived in another state was using my address to establish residency in Mass to get a driver's license, insure and register the vehicle, and was now registered to vote in Marlboro as a consequence even though they lived in another state, I was told that I shouldn't be "judgmental" and that it was "none of my business" and the PO refused to do anything about illegal activity using the USPS. So much for "if you see something, say something"!

I had order medication from my out of state pharmacy and used 2 day priority shipping which was guaranteed. I had to leave immediately after the mail came for the weekend, so I waited by the window for my delivery. I watched as our postman walked to our neighbors houses and skipped our. We did not get our delivery, so I called the pharmacy to confirm it's delivery. They said it was then marked "unable to access address". Lazy Postman decide not to delivery my medicine, and it's now an emergency situation because I am out and this "gaurenteed" package wasn't delivered.

Very dirty inside; place looked like it was cleaned about 10 years ago. The front counter clerks were overall very good, occasionally you get some that seem to take their time in processing the previous transaction, but overall it was fine.

Mike the man handling the passports either hates his job, or is just lazy and doesn’t like working, I had an appointment at 10:30 showed up at 10:20 and I didn’t know I had to print out the forms myself, so I asked him if I can fill it out in 10 minutes since our appointment isn’t till 10:30. He said “no you have to come with it filled out” even though I could’ve done it in less then 8 minutes, honestly he’s just a bad representation of this postal office, the man that worked before him was more professional and understanding. And possibly less lazy because to be honest I think he just wanted that free time he got from canceling our appointment.

I don't know if it's the time of day that I go here, or the fact that I always greet them with a smile, but my experience here has that they have always been very helpful and explain things to me.
