Call for a product for my friend who is having chemo the people upfront said let me send you to the pharmacy so they finally answered after the second Time And then the pharmacy told me the people upfront is supposed to be doing that not her. What a friggin joke this company is I hope they go out of friggin business.

Local pharmacy closes some weekends without notice. I am told this is because of a lack of pharmacists. This is ridiculous as people may need a new prescription asap.

Guess you people are going out of business soon!!!! I’m located in Forest Virginia store hours lately are limited and closing early by 6 o’clock. Spent an hour and a half on hold with your wards road location flat on my back with Covid trying to get my Plaxovid prescription. They lied and said they didn’t get my drs called in script had my drs office call them again my daughter was there to pick it up for me and after all that she was told she’d have to wait another half hour which was more like an hour. She had to leave to pick her daughter up at school.
Never had such bad customer service in my life when my health depends on your pharmacy then they didn’t even have the cough syrup in stock. Needless to say I’m transferring all my prescriptions as soon as my health allows. They had better hand deliver it to my home tomorrow or else!!!!!

I have a prescription that I can't skip a day. When I try to fill it I have to wait up to 4 day forcing me to go to the hospital .

The Walgreens in Weymouth is horrible, just waited 45 minutes on hold and had to hang up.
I was calling because they constantly screw up my prescriptions, giving me a small supply when the prescription calls for 60 day supply.
I always use the automated system and the system and the store doesn’t match. The system says you can pick up the prescription on a day after 11:30, you show up at they say it’s not ready, come back in three hours!
I’m done.

Rude, angry and combative pharmacist in Newport vt. Grabbed the prescription I was paying for, threw it 10 ft onto a counter.
When asked, he said he was refusing me the medication( witnessed by two employees). I had to beg several times before he relented. I am 72 years old and need this medicine for a serious condition.

I get the same medications every month for years I have nothing but excuses at Walgreens why they don't have any of my meds in stock. I have to take them every day to survive last month 5 day before they ordered my meds
I had already been in the hospital for days because of not having meds because lack of intelligence in Walgreens if you know you sell certain meds every month for years you think they would have ordered them as soon as their stock showed empty. They have a liability to make sure you get critical meds in a timely manor once they accept your prescription sooner or later someone will die for lack of critical meds an the family will sue Walgreens for it's complacency directly contributing to the death
I know Walgreens will never see a dime from my family for any thing> off to Walmart to get my prescription filled)

The walgreens employees at the Boylston st
Worcester location lied to me. They claimed my insurance company denied a script. When I called my insurance company they said the claim was never submitted.
So my prescription has not been filled properly and I have to waste my time correcting this. A horrible way to treat customers Walgreens. This is why people end up with Amazon services!

Walgreens in Topsham Me has some of the absolute rudest uncaring pharmacist and customer service tech. When they are unable to get a prescription due to a shortage, their attitude is very rude and blaming towards the customer. I spoke with Sarah today, And instead of actually listening to what I was saying, she kept saying OK so I'll return your prescription back to the shelf. Which was the incorrect one to begin with she would not listen to anything that was supposed to be in my notes . They are very Problematic .How does someone like that work in that position? After years of dealing with Walgreens, I am now officially going to switch pharmacies and stores because of the customer service since Walgreens bought out Rite Aid is horrible !

I would not even put a star here. I get treated like a leper , I waited in line at the pharmacy for 15 minutes. There was a line of ten people behind me and they told me I couldn't pay for my items because there were people behind me, she told me 2 go 2 the front, she wasn't even legal age I'm pretty sure that is illegal.

I went into your Fitchburg Ma location yesterday to check on the status of my refill, after arriving and standing in line, the register associate and the pharmacist got into a very loud and concerning argument. The register associate was screaming at the pharmacist then proceeded to tell the pharmacist to help the customers that are waiting. The pharmacist called for backup at the register only to be told by an associate that answered the page that he was not pharmacy trained and could not assist.
All four customers, myself included waited 10 mins until the register associate returned to her counter.
I was very highly offended by this situation.
I am questioning whether I should move my business to another business.
I do hope that you value the customers that depend on your services.

I have been a long time customer, but ever since they got bought by Boots Alliance, they put aside customer care and replaced it with attention to profits. They close stores, cut hours, and treat their pharmacists like slaves. Where's the FDA when you need them to shut these scabs
down.

Pharmacy people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Janet and Jackie. I went in to get a quit smoking aid from quit maine. I quit a month ago and quit maine will give you NRT's if you need them. They told me they would have to order them even though they had some right in store. I asked them if they could just fill it with what they had in store and they no but you can go right up front and buy them. When you are fighting an addition like smoking, the last thing you need are for the pharmacist to roll their eyes and treat you like you are a problem. The Quit Maine program should definitely not use Walgreens and it was suggested I use another pharmacy. I have enough money to buy all the stock they had in their store yet because I was getting something free through a program, they treated me like less. They should be ashamed of themselves. You never know what someone is going through when they reach your counter. You'd expect your pharmacist to be helpful and pleasant. These two were anything but. Very disappointing.
