Just the absolute worst of the worst. Service is abysmal! I waiting 20+ minutes before simply hanging up. Called back an hour later, someone picked up, babbled something into the phone and threw me back on hold. 2 mins later it just disconnected. They closed the decent one on the corner of Farm Rd and 20 for this disgrace!
Store is gross. Just the absolute dregs!

This is THE worst walgreens, specifically the pharmacy. Good luck getting literally any prescription because their systems are constantly down. Do not even bother. One star because I can’t do zero.

Only ever one person out front, the rest hang out on the dock smoking or in the management office laughing and talking (you can hear them from the fridges). Zero customer service. Always out of stock on everything. Freezers and fridges always broken. Management always standing around talking. The Russian girl is the only competent employee.

I tried to use a gift card (Walgreens gift card) and your cashier didn’t know how to used it but at least she tried. She called someone to help his name was Luis (no name tag on) and he didn’t even try to enter the numbers of the gift card or anything and he just said they can’t take it.
I’ve used digital gift cards many times before in other Walgreens. Please coach your team better to prevent this inconvenience. It’s just unbelievable.

Why do you even bother working with western union!? Because every week I come there to RECEIVE money..the young Spanish guy that thinks he is all that and isn't and very rude seems to have an issue because he has to go out back and get money.. I've never had an issue with any of the workers except him..please dont do western unions and then have the employees lie..because today when I went in all of a sudden the machine was down.. I only go there because it's on my way to my job..but for sure now market 32 will get my western union business and cvs will get my product business..but that Spanish guy and you all know who I'm talking about is horrible..he seems miserable even working there..so bro why bother even staying..again I only go there cuz it's on my way to work..but that store doesn't have alot of products versus other stores..but that main Spanish guy he is the one that caused me not to go back..he is so miserable and isn't a role model for other workers that is clear..and he is the one that has to authorize western unions..so you know who I'm talking about

Incident Details:
Initial Appointment (June 17, 2024): My mother had an appointment for Pneumonia and Shingles vaccinations at 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were informed that the store had run out of the Pneumonia vaccine. This necessitated scheduling a new appointment for the missed vaccination.
Rescheduled Appointment (July 2, 2024): We booked another appointment for the Pneumonia vaccine at 5:45 PM. According to Walgreens' online scheduling system, this time slot was available, and the appointment was confirmed. However, upon our arrival, the pharmacy store manager on duty, Kimmie Nguyen, refused to administer the vaccine. She stated that vaccinations are not given one hour before closing time, which was not mentioned during the online booking process. This refusal, despite having a valid appointment, caused significant inconvenience.
Third Attempt (July 3, 2024): We returned to the store at 1:00 PM the following day, hoping to resolve the issue and receive the vaccination. Unfortunately, Kimmie Nguyen again refused service, citing safety concerns due to our previous day's disagreement. This response was both unprofessional and unjustified, particularly given that the appointment was made through the Walgreens system, which implied that service would be available at the scheduled time.
After visiting the store three times, my mother still has not received her Pneumonia vaccination. This series of events demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism, adherence to customer service standards, and a failure to honor confirmed appointments made through Walgreens' own system.
I expect Walgreens to address this issue promptly and ensure that such incidents do not recur. Additionally, I request an official apology from Kimmie Nguyen for her unprofessional behavior and a guarantee that my mother will be accommodated for her vaccination at the earliest possible convenience without further complications.
I am also bringing this matter to the attention of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy to ensure that they are aware of the issues at this specific Walgreens location.

This Walgreens is always out of stock of everything important. No joke , I live next store, and monthly they lack , basic stuff stores carry, like milk, amongst other things, for instance, they have buy one get one sales, but only have on of the item in stock, this happens all the time! I mean daily, they are definitely losing lots of sales and potential weekly /monthly customers who find it that much easier to go to CVS, that is well stocked btw, I've been an off and on customer of this Walgreens for years and it is really bad, the ordering is all off monthly, they don't order things that run out , but stuff that is not bought sits on the shelf for months , I worked in Walgreens before I would be appalled to say I worked at this one ,specifically.

I had an exceptional customer experience today, 4/28/24. I needed non US Passport photos and I had Miguel assist me, and he did a fantastic job, not just getting the photos right, but watching him how he interacted with other customers when it got busy and showing empathy to one of his colleagues that didn't feel well. That's the attitude and finesse that every company is looking for in employees. Miguel will go places in his future.

The pharmacist Jimmy is so rude there, every time he is there, he is nasty to me. He won't bag anything, I asked him to bag my sodas and he so rudely was like it's hard for me to bag anything because I have a barrier here and threw the bag at me, and when I asked for a second bag to double bag, he threw it at me too, I don't have any problems with any of the other techs there or any of the actual walgreen employees. I made sure to ask him his name so I could complain today ( which i did) and i took the store managers name and number to call her on Monday which I intend to do. He is just a nasty rude guy.

I have to give a huge shout out to the guy working yesterday at the fed ex counter. I wish I had gotten his name as he went above and beyond helping me get my box repackaged so I didn't have to come back. So much appreciated during this busy time!
