Don't try and book your covid19 booster shot online through this Walgreens store or any other Walgreens store because the online / web form is a disaster, and you'll be pulling your hair out; you'd be better off to go down to the store in person and book it there even though that's another huge waste of your time and energy; it has to be more effective than the online endless waste of time. Here's the problem; the online program had to be written by someone with little or no programming experience. I struggled my way through the online form for over an hour; then when I finally thought I had it all set up to go down to the Walgreens at Boston Post rd. east, I hit but it went to Walgreens at 99 Granger blvd. Marlborough, ma instead of Boston Post rd. I tired to get through to the store on Boston Post rd. to resolve this; but I was on hold forever, so I thought I'd be better off to try it again online. I went back online wiped out what I did and started with a clean slate; then I input all the information in again. Guess what, I got the same result. Again I called the store and this time I tried a different way to get around the answering robot, that part worked; but once I got the pharmacist I was on hold for 15 minutes until the pharmacist picked up. I don't think its the pharmacists problem because she sounded like she was overworked and had a million balls in the air; she kept saying I'll get to you. When we did talk and I told her the problem, she told me to keep trying different dates and it will come to this store when it finds its available. So I said "wait you want me to delete my entry for each time it goes to 99 Granger blvd. and re-enter all my data each time to see if it goes to Boston Post rd. Her answer was "yes" With that my empathy for her had disappeared.I understand that covid19 has done a number on us as a society, and I have a ton of patience because of that, but I cant just let this pass without calling them out on it; so that some other poor soul doesn't get stuck wasting their time like I did. Good luck folks it's exhausting. I'll find another place to get it.

Seems most of the time my prescriptions are delayed because they are out of stock! Thinking about changing over to CVS.

The absolute worst pharmacy! They cancel/delay prescriptions and don’t call to let you know. Rude, uncaring unprofessional staff. The woman with the thick European accent and dark hair is incredibly nasty, she speaks down to you, when you have a hard time deciphering what she’s saying. God forbid you don’t rattle off all the names and birthdays quick enough she’ll just throw the first script on the tray and walk away before you have time to tell her the rest of your info. Remember you are in health CARE… do better!

The customer service here is the worst. Leaves you sitting in the drive thru with no explanations and zero courtesy.

The Asian pharmacist has a real bad attitude. I inquired why I received an email stating that my prescription can be filled on a certain day, and wanted to confirm that that email was correct. The email was not correct and she gave me an attitude like I was trying to get it filled early and all the stigma that comes with that! I didn't request that email. It got sent to me from the pharmacist at your Walgreens!!!! Don't send emails out like that if it's not true and don't give me attitude like I'm doing something wrong & I'm wasting your time

This store is a joke, so poorly run and managed it's laughable. Pharmacy hours are posted for 8 AM, it's not until 9 AM that the staff casually straws in with their iced coffee and breakfast in hand without a shred of apology or understanding that people have busy lives and rely on things like scheduled appointments. There was no emergency, the entire staff came in at nine, despite an 8 AM opening posted both online and physically in the store. The people that work here have the mentality that it's just a busy time, and we are understaffed, but those excuses and that attitude is not acceptable. We are not in the height of the pandemic any longer.I strongly suggest you avoid this Walgreens location, I would have serious concerns filling my prescriptions here, based on the attitude and total mismanagement of the pharmacist and her team. I would also strongly suggest this business gets their act together.

Avoid this place… painfully slow and appointment times don’t seem to matter.. Expect to wait a minimum of 45 minutes or more even if you have an appointment and even if you are during a not so busy day and time…. Find a different Walgreens.

Just a warning for folks dependent on timely and proper filling of prescriptions. The pharmacy at Walgreens on Boston Post Road East has degraded alarmingly in its management, in my experience since the summer. It recently miss-filled my prescription, delayed it, failed to follow-up with me on an insurance rejection of another prescription, stopped all automated update calls without my authorization, and have left me on telephone hold for long periods, after which they disconnect the line. I have sympathy for understaffing, but this is people's health at stake. And I don't encounter the same poor treatment and conditions at the Granger Blvd Walgreens.

This pharmacy is the worst. Closed for 4 days in a row and this isn’t the first time. I couldn’t get my medication that I need and have to take or I get withdrawals. Now I am here and the medication is not ready and for some reason they need to call the insurance. I have been taking this medication for about 5-7 years with no problem. I guess when it rains it pours. This place is the worst. I will be changing to CVS that I despise but it’s better than here.

This place famous for not having things ready and not having full scripts. Save hassle ,go elsewhere! When did t have 2 full scripts after they called to say ready, when I went back, they said that they didn't have it and that it was they had they couldn't build the insurance but they had already built the insurance but they didn't have my full script so be careful with them I have people in front of me and they got 20 out of 180 pills so this is a common thing with them
