Even though the watch I am looking for is very short in supply and not in stock, I still enjoy the visit and the conversation with Dolores. Because there were not many models presented in the showcase, Dolores offered me a very beautiful Rolex brochure, so I can compare different models. Dolores is more like a watch professional rather than a AD. She never forced me to buy anything from the store, but educated me about different models and helped me to find which model fits the best. “I was having trouble with unrecognized disk, and I did everything from updating the console to rebuilding the database, to trying to replace the disk drive myself. Nothing. When giving them my console I came back to it being fully repaired and being able to read the disk. I am very satisfied and very excited to be able to play my game.”

I went in to learn about watches and Fay was exceptionally helpful. I also had no idea they had an in house jeweler for adjustments to existing jewelry. I was able to bring in a couple of rings for resizing (adding metal) and polishing. I was shocked that they were able to complete the resizing same day and the quality was superb.
