Even though the watch I am looking for is very short in supply and not in stock, I still enjoy the visit and the conversation with Dolores. Because there were not many models presented in the showcase, Dolores offered me a very beautiful Rolex brochure, so I can compare different models. Dolores is more like a watch professional rather than a AD. She never forced me to buy anything from the store, but educated me about different models and helped me to find which model fits the best. “I’ve lived in Sudbury for 6+ years and only recently went into Date & Time recently for the first time. I wish I had gone in earlier as it would have made gift shopping a lot easier. I went in to learn about watches and Fay was exceptionally helpful. I also had no idea they had an in house jeweler for adjustments to existing jewelry. I was able to bring in a couple of rings for resizing (adding metal) and polishing. I was shocked that they were able to complete the resizing same day and the quality was superb. The only thing I am kicking myself over is not going in sooner.”
