I have been working with Stephanie for the past six months. Through my workouts I am stronger, have more stamina and find that I am in the best shape physically than I have been in years.I would recommend Stephanie to anyone who is looking for an understanding trainer to help them become more physically fit.

The best yoga class and teacher, Leslii S., ever. She is a wonderful teacher, that works the whole body feet to head. Between swimming, water exercise classes, and swimming laps at the Club my physical health has improved immensely. However, it was not until I started the classes with Leslii that I started to feel great.

All the classes here are great! I especially enjoy the Aqua Fit, Zumba and Vinyasa Yoga Flow!

Membership fees are very unfriendly toward adults. Geared mainly for families with lots of kids. E.g., "couples only" membership is the same price as "couples + 3 kids membership". Facility also very run down. Also watch out for "set up fee" and yearly "maintenance fee". How entering a new member into the computer system (i.e. set up) and facility maintenance isn't covered by the very expensive membership fee is a joke.

How many fees does it take to join wayside? 3 separate ridiculous fees you must pay in order to join.wayside is a scam. Scam, scam, scam.Old machines. This place is a daycare not a gym. Over priced.

The structure is fantastic, but everything is so old, looks like a old nursing home. This place in a" young hands" gonna be the best place around here.

Be careful before you join this club and make sure you check everything especially the contract details

Very outdated, old and moldy smelling. The tennis courts have undulations on them that are quite dangerous. They have tried to re-surface them and get rid of the ridges over the years, but every year more pop up. After Covid they have done nothing to revive the tennis program or bring back social tennis. The Friday night Yoga class was always well attended and they haven't bothered bringing that back either. I have been a member at Wayside for 13 years having a contract tennis court with friends on Wednesday nights. When this current year ends in May, I am leaving Wayside and will join a tennis club with social tennis and professionals who are interested in teaching.

Old and outdated facilities. Weights and machines are rusted over. Treadmills are at least 15 years old. Most members are retired and very few people younger than 50. Over priced and worse than big public gyms about cancellations. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good and very peaceful gym . Slightly crowded during the obvious hours and also to mention staff here speak English and are really helpful as well.

I love the small group training class. I wish it was offered more than just once/week. I love the way I feel after the class. It's challenging, but in a way that is not overwhelming. I love the variety of each class and how it never gets boring. Jeanine is great - she doesn't let you slack (like she's caught me doing a couple of times) and the members in the class are so much fun!

Facilities need to be updated. Pool staff are not good with kids and are really grumpy. Sat at the pool and watched as the life guard scrolled through his phone. Good thing is there are plenty of seats at the pool.

I have taken the small group class with Jeanine twice now and absolutely love it love it love it. Nice variety of exercises that also allow me to modify when I need without compromising the workout. I hope it becomes a permanent fixture. I also want to say that recent Zumba gold class and the pop up class by Cathy were fantastic and hope they will be offered on a permanent basis.

I enthusiastically recommend the Small Group Training Classes with Jeanine! The combination of cardio and strength training is a wonderful way to enhance and fine tune my current workout!
