If I could give a 0 stars I would! The staff may be friendly, but the pharmacist swapped my generic prescription for a pricier version without my or my doctors’ approval. I spent time researching and calling both my PCP and specialist and they confirmed they didn’t make the change, despite the pharmacist claiming otherwise. When I tried to switch back, CVS said I needed a new prescription since I had accepted the alternate version. This feels like a money grab along with wasted time and poor efficiency! I’m moving all my prescriptions to a competitor...And no I'm not going to contact your customer relations area! Do better CVS!

I find the employees at the CVS in Marshfield are the most friendly, caring, hard-working team of any pharmacy I have ever encountered. This particular branch is always extremely busy. I have only had excellent experiences whenever I have visited. I truly appreciate the positive, helpful, friendly atmosphere. CVS is very lucky to have such wonderful employees!

Pharmacy staff is great! However they’re extremely understaffed and the drive-through never seems to be open. CVS it’s time to fix this and get the help needed to run a busy pharmacy. Make CVS Great Again!

I was pretty sick and I was highly impressed by Ashley who works at the Minute Clinic. She took the time to examine me, ask pertinent questions, took a strep test and ultimately prescribed me medicines that will treat me. I couldn’t be more impressed!

Marshfield CVS has gotten so bad. The wait time for a called in prescription is really long. The staff offers no apologies just business as usual. There is chaos behind the counter apparently not enough staff (pharmacists) to handle the volume effectively.

I would leave less than one star if I could. Called to confirm RX receipt from physician. At 5:30pm, told they had RX and Med in stock. Told that it would be “an hour or so” until ready. Confirmed with staff member that pick up 7pm (90 minutes) would suffice. At 8:45pm ( now 3+ hours… double the agreed upon time frame) to be told it wasn’t ready. Employee shrugged, indicating it was only the two of them. Only upon my pushing, did she indicate they would get it ready. I honestly think, she would’ve been fine with me just walking away and coming back the next day. Upon completion, even though it was a first fill and receipt indicating counseling required, I was told ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this new medication, nor was I offered to ask any questions. Absolutely a shame and black mark on the pharmacy profession. CVS simply adds additional errands and frustration to me. I will change to another pharmacy or mail order.

The worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy East orWest coast. Communication with them is like talking to a stump. Totally no follow through on called in script from Dr office and their phone messaging system cuts out and leaves you on hold forever without picking up. I've worked in the Medical field for 30 years. sad kid CVS Marshfield

I'll give it 2 stars because the store itself feels open & spacious, it's clean, the selection is good, they have an expanded cosmetics area and expanded food. But the people working there? Yikes. In particular, big shout out to the blonde woman who works the pharmacy counter and apparently just can't understand common courtesy. Example: I stopped in on my way to work one morning last week. I waited at the front checkout for 3-4 minutes or so then bee-lined for the pharmacy checkout with my four items. She walked up and gave me a blank look: "Name?" Me: "I'm not picking up, can I just check out? There's no one up front." She said: "No, you're wrong there's always someone up front." and turned away, because, well- we were done as far as she's concerned and I can take my four items and go. Me: "They must be invisible because I don't see anyone there. Thanks for explaining!" I turned away and walked back to the empty checkout. And I proceeded to raise my voice: "hey, is anyone here? No one? Anyone experiencing invisibility?" for about a minute before I annoyed even myself. So- I can stand at an empty checkout indefinitely, waiting for a nonexistent checker, or walk out the door- those are my choices? Waited another minute and finally another grumpy employee wandered by- this one fully visible. And I only got one eye roll when I asked if I could please check out, so there's that. Oh, there's more. When I finally got to work, I'm regaling my boss with the story, and tales of my prior experiences in this CVS and he says, "I know *exactly* who you're talking about - at the pharmacy counter?" and describes her to a T! Then proceeds to tell me *his* multiple stories of the glacial customer service from the same person! Some things you can just count on I guess Luckily there's a Walgreen's up the street.

I can't wait until Amazon puts pharmacies out of goddamn business. The amount of times CVS hasn't had my prescription ready after physically having the order for over 24 hours is insanity
