Just got $79.00 !mystery bill. Checked my insurance. I was covered for test. BUT was never told I was getting medical counseling. The women had sooo many opportunities to tell me that and did not!. I have a doctor. I am a doctor. I was telling her what my doctor said. SEEMS UNETHICAL. I am shocked and disappointed. I think this is a common practice at CVS minute clinic Marshfield.

This place was great! I had been to 2 different urgent cares before the minute clinic who treated me with disrespect and like a nuisance. They thought I was just being whiney about a sore throat and since my step test came back negative and I didn't have a fever I wasn't sick.

I have gone here twice for rapid onset chest cold and sinus infection with a history of asthma when my PC's office was not open. I was seen quickly and treated with respect and concern. When there was concern about an additional problem I was referred to Health Express for a breathing treatment.

Only giving one star because it won't let me give less. This is the worst location. I was treated very poorly. The NP there made me feel horrible and like I was wasting her time coming in. I was feeling miserable to begin with and upset and she was cold and displayed no empathy whatsoever. She was "upset" with me for going to a minute clinic first instead of my PCP. HELLO? Isn't that what they are for? Just please do the strep test and don't be rude to your clients. You still get to bill our insurance companie, right, so why so mean? I have a baby and it is difficult for me to go to the doctor for myself so if I can solve my problem at a minute clinic you bet I will try there first. I was under the impression that is what they are for, small things. Maybe I was wrong? Horrible.
