“I had problems with making phone calls with my phone and so I went to the Cricket store to get that resolved. I met Gustavo who helped me. He was very friendly and helpful. He spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue as this is something that also needed help from Cricket support. He was able to get it working and I left the store super happy. I would highly recommend coming down to the store if you have a problem with your phone.”
“This place is awesome!! They had my phone done in 5-10 minutes. He was so nice too!! Also gave me a free phone screen protector!! I needed my phone fixed that DAY and he was going to charge 120 but charged me 100. Awesome!!! Great service. ?”

“The guys at the store were good.
However phones sales where I arranged to buy the phone told me I could trade in my own iPhone 6. The add says any phone, any condition.
The store told me I was required to turn in my current iPhone 11. Not happy.
I got home and pictures would not sync- the store was good helping me get that fixed.
They sold me a Pelican case with belt clip that performed Bradley- unit fell on the floor every time it was unclipped - they were happy to take back.
Overall an ok experience- the guys in the store worked well to get me satisfied.
