Decided to try Osco Pharmacy in Marshfield because I shop at Star Market. Worst decision I could’ve made. My doctor’s office and I had to repeatedly send/bring in the same 2 prescriptions, my nebulizer medicine and an antibiotic, this has been going on for 2 weeks. They finally filled one and only gave me 1 pill, it was supposed to be 10. And I’m still sitting here waiting for the other one. They just don’t care. Don’t use this pharmacy!

Pharmacy does not like to fill prescriptions. I have heard disturbing rumors some of the pharmacist hold prescriptions for their friends or “ preferred customers” before filling other prescriptions. Excuses consist of order refills and insurance companies not processing the refill. They claimed their claim on the refill orders was not going through. Then other people will show up the same day and have their prescription filled. Today I walked up to the counter with the CVS Caremark representative on the call saying everything was processed correctly on their end. The pharmacist then stated he was too busy to fill it and it wasn’t an issue with the insurance anymore.

The pharmacist here went above and beyond to help with a prescription that cvs did not have. Thank you so much, great people at Osco Star in Marshfield!

The staff here is amazing. Always open according to posted hours and are always giving service with a smile. Grateful to have this location inside the grocery store as well.

Had issues filling my doctors rx at a competitor. After two weeks and annoying follow up calls they still claimed it was unavailable. My docs office asked me if a convenient pharmacy and I thought of Osco as I have had many vaccines there. They worked with you and I had it the next day. Thank you. My doc was also very happy. I can’t drive and my brother is always in the store. Thank you to Mary Ann and Diana. You made my life so much easier. That is what great customer service is.

Had COVID vaccine appointment today. Arrived but pharmacy closed. No one could say when or if would open. No prior notification, no nothing. Very frustrating as when filled out registration online they asked for text number to keep informed. Had considered transferring prescriptions as shop in Star market but would never do so now as complete lack of trust or care is evident

Marshfield Osco has the best team of people you could ask for. We were having problems filling Mom's scripts for Diabetic supplies at the other large competitor. After speaking with Marianne we transferred the scripts, with in a week we were able to get everything we needed thru the insurance without a problem. They are Kind, Professional and always go the extra mile.

I feel so lucky to have this pharmacy in my local grocery store. It is so convenient. I have cancer and need medications frequently. I can't say enough about the pharmacists Rosa and Maryanne. They know who I am, what I need, and make sure I have it when I need it. Always good about calling my doctor or insurance for any approvals. My only issue is that they need more help. The pharmacists are overwhelmed when people need to get cashed out or have questions that could be answered by a trained counter person.

Please do not use this Osco, the pharmacist Patrick is a horrible person who thinks he is a doctor. This pharmacist takes it upon himself to overide the store policy and hold your prescribtions hostage based on his personal beliefs. This man should not be in this line of work, if a real Dr has to call every month to tell the pharmacist, you need to fill these for my patient based on the stores policy and not take it upon yourself to hold my patients medication hostage, thats pertty bad. The worst part this is a medication that if the person goes without they can have severe health risks like seizures and other really bad side effects. This is not my pharmacy nor will it ever be, this is my wifes and the hell this pharmacists puts her thru is disgusting and i am speaking up.
