This is long overdue. I want to take this time to give special thanks to Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Nicholas Lima, and Service Advisor Mr. Barry Sternstein for their great and much appreciated assistance. I leased a 2024 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited truck from a different dealership, though I shouldn't...I'm gonna take the high road and not specifically mention which dealership I had my lease with. Crazy to say this truck at the time was brand new. I purchased it with roughly 24 miles and 6 months later the milage was in the neighborhood of 5000 miles give or take. Anyway the vehicle seem to have numerous issues.
There was one specific and particular issue I was continuously experiencing with the truck, that the actual dealership I purchased with was either unequipped or unwilling to deal with the situation and so they referred me to the Marshfield dealership approximately 30 miles away from my home. This is where and how I came to know these two gentlemen that I'm giving special thanks to. They inherited this nightmare situation and took it head on as if it was their dealership's issue. Never one day did they seem disinterested or unwilling to help me out. The problem did take a while to resolve due to parts being ordered and waiting for them to arrive and having the correct personnel to do the necessary install work.
Still, this is a credit to them for having and displaying the patience to handle a situation that was not necessarily their fault in any way. Even being 30 miles away from my home I am contemplating driving there for all my vehicle service needs. I can't speak highly enough about how happy I was having to go through this ordeal with their assistance. Driving the miles were tough but they made it worth my while so again thanks to Mr. Lima and Mr. Sternstein. You gentlemen are an asset to Qurirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, they should feel very fortunate to have you both.

I had a great experience working with Minh and Dan in Braintree. This is the third Jeep I have leased through Quirk, and I've been well treated each time. The reps are professional and friendly, as well as very clear when explaining options. I recommend Quirk Jeep Braintree!

Awful experience with a lady who is on customer service in service department. Does not want to be responsible for their own work which messed up and made the vehicle non functional.

Leased a jeep renegade 1 year ago put $4000 down and a monthly payment of $370 per month was told best they could do cause car market was bad but was promised if market was better in one year I could return renegade for a better deal one year later was contacted by quirk telling me I could leave a wrangler for $249 month but had to drop another $4000 down payment when i said I would return the renegade and give them $1000 down payment was told they couldn't do that I said you told me I could trade the renegade in for a better deal they said yes the renegade and $4000 I said no the renegade only has 1 year and not even 12000 miles I should get the credit for the renegade to use for the down payment on the wrangler was told again they cant do that I told them that's what you promised me you would do total change of there story and complete runaround the renegade will be the first and last car I lease from quirk jeep

I purchased a new car from Quirk in Marshfield back in 2023 and had a very positive experience with Mike Joyce. Ever since then I have been bringing my SRT vehicles here and have always had a positive outcome. This is coming from someone who has trust issues with their vehicles. Bobby is usually the technician working on my cars and is a great technician as he is very knowledgeable, takes pride in his work and takes extra care with the vehicles. Thank you everyone!

Walked in enthusiastic on a Saturday afternoon, unfortunately my presence was not acknowledged or nor was I offered any sort of assistance. There was plenty of folks behind the desk (some even looked to be managers) and not one of them attempted to assist me in looking for a vehicle. I sat down at a table for 20 minutes, complete waste of time and gas driving to this location. Do not even bother visiting this location to spend your money on. Horrible customer service. I should have reviewed the other recent one start reviews and took their advice to not shop at this location.

Got a very good deal on the 2024 Dodge Daytona R/T EV and was able to do everything online. E-signed all the paperwork so I only spent about 1/2-45 minutes in the showroom. Definitely would go back.

Complete waste of 7 hours of my life. I spoke to a salesmen and made them aware I was coming from Connecticut. Drove 2.5 hours there. Loved the truck. The incompetence of the sales team was comical. Did all the paperwork. 2 days later still no correspondence from the dealer. They never even ran any of my info. I finally called and was informed they no longer finance or make new vehicle sales to Connecticut. Then they said they would still gladly buy my trade in, that they low balled the hell out of. Hopefully the places closes down.

We have worked with Quirk for the last 3 years. I recently went in because my lease ended and I need to get a new car. Steve and Tim were patient, knowledgeable, and very relaxed when showing me new options and explaining each individual vehicle. They did not pressure me into purchasing and took their time to lay out numerous payment predictions of various vehicles. I ended up getting a new lease through Quirk and could not be happier!

Barry and Chris, Service Advisors, are very accommodating and respectful with my vehicle. Responds immediately to my emails and calls. Bobby, the service technician is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. They replaced a water pump in my Hellcat and everything went as planned. Highly recommend especially with SRT vehicles.

Never, ever buy or lease from this place. I leased a Jeep Wrangler from here back in May of 2022, it was brand new. The car was perfect and worked perfect then, it went in for an oil change which then brought on constant problems for the next 2 years. My car has gone into service here so many times, one issue will get fixed and then another issue will arise. Most recently my car had gone into service to fix my dash board and they told me it would take awhile to fix, which is no issue at all. They even told me they would give me a rental car for the time my car was in the shop but, when I went to pick up a rental car the sales people there were so incredibly rude to me the second I walked into the dealership, they were condescending towards everything I told them. They were trying to tell me that I was wrong and was not told that I could get a rental the day I went in even though I had told them who I talked to and that he told me I could get one the day I went. I was absolutely floored with how I was treated and how these men did not even give me the time of day or the option to speak and tell them why I was there and what I was told by another person who works there. Needless to say I will never be buying or leasing from Quirk Marshfield ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all.
