Have heard good things about this pharmacy for years. Finally left CVS and gave them a shot. Had my prescription ready within 5min, not 2-3 days like I’m use to. Obviously it might not always be that fast, but I also like how knowledgeable the staff members are, and there isn’t a crazy wait to get prescriptions or anything else. Highly recommend.

Sad to report that I just had extremely poor customer service from a local business I wanted to support. The store manager/owner, Andy was very unprofessional, talked over me and did not listen to my request for medication and gave me incorrect instructions. This caused waisted time and inability to get the medication needed which I have now been without for over 1 week. I could careless about the extra work caused on myself; what bothers me is that his mistake and wrong direction/advice caused more work on my healthcare providers/team who are already under copious amounts of stress. Usually local pharmacies are excellent but to be honest, this experience was worse than any CVS, Walgreens or main stream pharmacy encounter I've experienced.

Goodbye CVS! This little gem in marshfield is quick and kind. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. New customer. New prescription. New card. I will never sit in that line at cvs again.

Andy and his team are just incredible. They have a wealth of knowledge and are very customer orientated. They care about their clientele and know you on a personal level. I never feel like I had to retell my situation, when I have a question. I feel very fortunate to have found them through a recommendation from a friend.
