Reserved a van for pickup on a Sunday morning at 11:00 AM. Van would not start. Attendant called owner who said to call U-Haul. After 45 minutes on hold, I couldn’t rent any of the other vehicles at the location because the keys weren’t setup. Ended up having to drive to Hanover U-Haul. They have an attendant on Sunday, so it was super simple. I was 3 hours late for my pickup window. This made for an extremely frustrating day! I advise going to Hanover U-Haul if you are looking to rent on a Sunday.

Rent a truck here, another time I rented a trailer. Best customer service, they had me in and out in no time. Very knowledgeable people who work here.

I reserved the wrong trailer from Hyannis, and they didn’t have the one available to me that I needed . I called marsh field and they had one and were closing in 20 minutes, but stayed an extra 1/2 hour and hook it up for me ! Good people !

Customer service at this location is terrible. I was told that since my pick up location I booked for was not available and I had to drive almost 15 miles each way to pick up the truck that I would receive a full reimbursement for this expense. I called the day I booked to ensure this and told I would receive the round trip mileage. I also made sure that I would be given this reimbursement when I picked up the truck and spoke to the employee, I was assured again that I would receive the full round trip reimbursement as the truck was not available at the location I reserved for. I then received my bill and was only given half, when I called to discuss this I was told that I was never going to get the full reimbursement and that was never the case. If I book at a location a truck is not available, call me and tell me that, do not tell me I will have to pick it up at another location and be given a reimbursement. This is very poor business and customer service. I will never book U-Haul or this location ever again and I will make sure none of my family and friends do either.
