Do not bring your child here for a vaccine if they cry or squirm like a normal child. Maybe they shouldn’t advertise that they give vaccines to 3+ if they can’t handle normal 3 year old behavior. My child has cried and squirmed through every vaccine he’s ever had and I’ve never been turned away or had an issue at various Walgreens or CVS’. And/or a courtesy call to let me know they’re not comfortable giving 3 year olds vaccines would’ve been appreciated so I didn’t have to waste my time dragging my entire family there.

To start, I agree with the yelp written on 9/13 and 12/21....the manager Kayla is rude. No pharmacist and it is impossible to order toothpaste and shampoo on line to pick up at the store. The system tells you to order from Duxbury. Kayla is good at hanging up when the customer calls trying to give her store business.It's Kayla's way or go to CVS

I used to shop and get my shots there No More Manager doesn't realize customers are paying his salary an should be taken care i waited 30 minutes fo a flu shot no employee showed finally one showed and said you need a appointment to get a shot news to me not even the courtesy of a sign . Good Bye Walgreens

I placed an online order that was cancelled by the store and I never received an email letting me know. Unfortunately I drove all the way to the store only to be spoken rudely to by the manager upon asking a few simple questions about how the process of putting online items aside worked. I did not appreciate the tone she used and while I realize that there are often difficult customers that approach with a negative attitude I at no point yelled or spoke rudely to the employees. I was frustrated by the manner in which I was spoken to and frankly it was disrespectful. I hope that my next experience will be better but I will not likely return to this branch of Walgreens in the future.

Not sure why the pharmacy is run primary by people over the age of 80. However, the staff working here miserable. Rolling eyes, annoyed looks, terrible customer service... it's not my fault this is your job i'm just picking up a prescription! It always takes 30 minutes to get anything from this pharmacy. switching now... generously proportioned women with white pixie cut is a witch.

Always a problem at the pharmacy. Doesn't help that one of the pharmacists is extremely rude and doesn't run your insurance before stating the cost

I went to the drive up after visiting the Dr Office I made the mistake of sending my prescription here. I had to wait at least 15 minutes at the outside window with no one in the store and no lines. After ringing the bell right when i got to the driver window they said someone would be right there. Then 15 min later this huge guy came out in a hospital shirt with all tattoos he looked like someone off the street. He then said I had an old address and he'd need to go and change it. so he takes my licence and goes in back then comes out with only two prescriptions and said they were out of the other medicine its not in stock come back tomorrow then doesn't even fix my address and phone number. So what was he doing with my licence. I called my dr office today to change over to CVS. they seem to me more on the ball. I had to suffer two days without that medicine. you'd think they would have sent me to another store. That is unacceptable not having it in stock how 3rd world is this place!

Every time theres an issue! They dont have my script, they somehow managed to lose my insurance information?! Or they flat out dont have the meds in stock?! The people working there have a glazed over, dead eyed look and could care less that your suffering because of their own negligence. Dont waste your time going here!
