“If there was an option for 6 stars, they would get it. Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. My cars front bumper was ripped off in an accident and while working with the insurance company we kept coming up with a five to six weeks window for repairs. Upon calling RCC they were able to get the car to their shop within two or three days and even arraigned for flatbed pickup to and from my house to the shop. The level of professionalism and communication was top shelf- they would text or call at every step of the process and took it upon themselves to handle the financials with the insurance company. “Not many "real" gas stations anymore! You pay a little more for the gas but u get it pumped for u and if u ask they will check your oil and wash your window-when was the last time u saw that? Be nice and don't forget to tip a couple bucks-they deserve it!Only reason its not a five star is they close a bit early-would be nice if they were open til 530 when people leaving work at 5 had time to come here on way home”

The front office was also a pleasure to deal with and responded very timely with any questions and made sure I had no issues with insurance or my rental. Even finished the truck early and had someone come in Saturday so I could pick it up before the holiday weekend. Will never bring my vehicle anywhere else but here. Was a perfect experience.
