They listen intently to your vision, wants, and needs for the new gas fireplace/wood stove insert you are looking for. They have an innate ability to think outside the box when manufactured stock items wont quite line up (fit) to what you want; they will work with you and custom fit backers and surrounding options so you get exactly what you’re looking for.
We wanted the largest fireplace gas insert available, however our fireplace opening (depth) could not support our wishes; that did not stop Morgan and Zach. They custom made a backing (fabricated), that would support the large insert (Regency Gi33le) to ensure it fit seamlessly….it looks GREAT!!
If you have a question or concern, they will address it ASAP! Morgan and Zach treat you as a valued customer here, not just a number for a sale.
We highly recommend going to Bow and Arrow for all of your gas fireplace - wood stove - and gas grill needs.

Bow and Arrow was great to work with from start to finish. We purchased and installed a gas fireplace for a pre-existing fireplace. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended an installer who was professional and easy to work with. After installation we realized the face plate/surround finish we chose was not to our liking so a quick phone call to Bow and Arrow and we swapped it out for a matte finish that we're very happy with....and no charge to do so. Would highly recommend B&A!
