After many years of watching the biplane flights over my home in Cotuit, I finally booked a flight with my #1 grandson.
Today was crystal clear sky’s, with moderate winds. Perfect for flying.
Chris was our pilot. From the pre-flight instructions, through the expert handling of the aircraft to the landing, a fantastic experience. My 15 year old grandson enjoyed the experience of a lifetime.
As one who has traveled for a living, in small planes (including the the famed PBA DC3s) from Hyannis to the points N, S, E, and W, I must say the entire experience was Great!
I highly recommend Chris and his team and will be booking future flights with my Mandy granddaughters.

what a fantastic experience! It was a beautiful day, the weather was perfect and we got to see a lot of of the (Cape). Thomas is a fantastic pilot, very engaging, personable and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased flights for my grandchildren age 11, 10 and 8. One of the adults accompanied each. It was great fun. The pilot was great with kids and helpful in the process. Highly recommend it as part of a summer excursion on the Cape.

Wow! What a great vacation adventure! We have vacationed/lived on the Cape for decades and just went for rides in the bi-plane. Highly recommend this for all ages. Chris and Thomas(pilot) are fantastic!

Had an amazing ride in a classic biplane with my daughter today at the Cape COD Airfield. Booking was very easy, I stopped by and talked with Katie when they opened at 9:30AM (got to meet and hang for a bit with her dog Ginny who is a doll). Chris was our pilot and few us down the coast to Chatham and back. I’d recommend this wonderful experience to all. The cockpit will fit two smaller individuals easily, but my 6’1” 186lb frame, we were a tight fit.
FYI: Larger mammals may have to go single.
Anyway! Put this on your bucket list! It’s a great experience!

What should be a gem of an environment was a total let down. My family set up for a picnic at the tables by the fence including a large umbrella for shade. One of the owners was taxing a UPF-7 in for gas and had a look of disgust on his face as we looked at the planes. My 1 year old waved and he stared back with a scorn. He taxied over to park the plane near our picnic set up and *deliberately* turned his tail our direction while using excessive power in the turn. Our umbrella flew out of the table and the whole lunch spread was thrown to the grass.I’ve been a professional pilot for over a decade and have owned vintage aircraft. The blatant lack of situational awareness and crass attitude towards a visiting family is mind boggling. Grass roots aviation is dying because of pilots like this….Hope he felt good about being a tough guy.

Lovely short 15 minute ride, calm flight. However, I did smell some smoke on takeoff which made me a bit uncomfortable as to plane maintenance- not sure if this is normal or not. Also, no safety protocols discussed. However, staff was very nice and earmuffs were provided for noise reduction/protection. worth doing once for the experience if you have time/cash to spare.
