  Love this guy! Have an older septic system and I’ve had a few emergency pump outs. If he could not make it he had a guy that could. Walked me through my septic system and gave me a full break down. He gave me several options to solve the problem. First and second were solutions to aid the system in limping along for a little bit longer and the third was to replace. Great guy highly recommend him. He won’t do you wrong! Thanks again!

  The best septic company around. Hands down!! Been pumping out my system and my parents for years. Recently had a question of where the location of my clean out was due to me building a patio and did not want to cover it up. They came within an hour of me asking was very nice and helped me exactly where I needed to figure out the location. Great company and I highly recommend for all your septic needs.

  While having major work done to our property the workers realized that our septic tank was completely full (actually overflowing). We had just recently bought our home and had been told the septic system was just recently pumped and inspected, which was clearly not the truth. We were so worried that the septic system was going to back up into our home with our two small children and began frantically calling companies for help. Even when we explained the urgent situation we were told it would take “3-5 business days” by nearly all of the companies. However, when we called Debarros they treated us with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Peter was here the VERY NEXT DAY to save the entire operation. He was kind, courteous, professional, and very thorough! He even worked with the construction crew to dig up our leach field and check on it! I mean what an all star guy! We couldn’t be more grateful for his service. We were fairly quoted and are very happy customers. We will be using them every single time going forward to pump our septic and truly cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, Debarros!

  “Honesty” when it comes to a home repair is paramount. Sean from DeBarros Septic came highly recommended by a neighbor, and we needed their service for a 15 yr old septic pump failure. Sean sent Chad Hathaway (Mass Title 5 Inspector) to look at our pump problem. The two other companies we also called were in and out in less than a few minutes and sent their prices over via email the following day, after not doing anything more than walking back to the lid of the holding tank. Chad spent close to 45 minutes, checking alarm in basement, wiring, breakers, and switches, and even wired the pump direct bypassing the float switches, just in case one of the float switches was our problem and not actually the pump.Turned out to be the pump, which was expected, but really nice to know EVERYTHING in our system had been checked by someone who clearly knows his s&#t.A few days later Chad and Sean arrived to pump out the holding tank, replaced the entire pump / float system, wired everything up and the pump system is now fully functional as it should be, with explanations of how he sets things up for the septic alarm, giving us a few days notice if something should set off the alarm in the future without us panicking and paying a fortune to get tanks pumped out at the alarm sounding.HUGE addition to this review. Since we hadn’t had the primary septic tank pumped in close to 9 years, we asked Sean to please check and pump if necessary. Sean spent about 20 minutes searching for the access to the primary tank, and when located and opened up, he actually said “he wouldn’t pump this tank, as all looked good”. Now keep in mind, Sean still had his trucks pumping hoses all connected and laying on the ground at his feet. All he had to do was show us a tank full of water and he could have charged an additional $500 to pump this tank. But his honesty kept things way better than we could have ever imagined, with Sean saying he wouldn’t recommend pumping, even after spending so long searching out the lid to this primary tank.The final invoice amount was spot on with what was estimated, and the service from both Sean (DeBarros Septic) and Chad (Chad Hathaway Septic) was better than we could have ever imagined, as they BOTH went above and beyond.
