Do not use this kennel. Not only are they unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional, but they overcharged me by $300. It's been 2 months and I still can't get ahold of anyone or get my refund resolved. They take check only and have no paper trail. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
