Myself and my family have been going to Access Auto Too for over a decade and we will never go anywhere else! All the staff, especially Rachael are always so helpful and kind! Even small little things that most places will have you make an appointment for and charge you they tell
me to swing on by and they take a quick look and if further evaluation is needed they set me up with an appointment. You are truly taken care of here and more importantly they are trustworthy! I never feel like I am taken advantage of or persuaded into services that are not needed. If for whatever reason they can’t fit me in they will recommend someone else and because I trust them I know whoever they recommend are good. You will not find a better place or a better team!

We moved to Mashpee 8 years ago & I wanted to find a place where the same mechanic would get to know our cars & be the only ones to do the work. We were looking for no frills, honest, fair pricing & professional. Being new to the neighborhood, I remember asking people in the waiting room the very first time I was there how they liked this place. They all said positive things. That’s when Steve Sr. was still there. Now Steve Jr. runs the place & is such a nice, hard working guy. Rachel is awesome at the front desk. They are so good at what they do & have gotten better each year making it all work. They get really busy sometimes (but remember…that’s a good sign!). You won’t get ripped off or given the run around to do unnecessary work. They are so reasonable & honest. We really appreciate them!!! Thank you Junior - keep up the amazing work.

My car starting making this horrible scraping sound and I was afraid to even drive it to them. They are around the corner from where I live. They immediately fit me in. Discovered it was a bad wheel casing. Fixed it while I waited. Were pleasant and thorough. Watched an episode of Big Bang Theory and then was on my way! Nice guys - and the very nice woman that works there wasn't there today, so the mechanics were also covering her work too. I highly recommend this place!

If I could give them 10 stars.....I WOULD! Excellent customer service, fast and efficient. Wait time estimates are always accurate and results are stellar.

I had great service when I went for my car inspection. I had to wait, but that wasn't an issue. I was told how long it would be, and he was right on the money. Very pleasant gentleman. The inspection itself didn't take very long at all.

It's a good place to get your car or truck worked on but the prices for some thing's could be a little bit more expensive then other places

Quick service, receptionist was very friendly and nice. I’m just have nothing more to say….. upset I bought a car that did not pass inspection. Mechanic was not to clear expectations on why not.

Excellent place to get your vehicle inspected, they're very busy though. But the Shell station there has food shop. If you get hungry or thirsty.
