We love Andy’s!!! They were open late on a Sunday and was the only place around selling alcohol after 6pm. Clerks were hilarious and they had everything we needed. Thanks, Andy’s!

Rude and condescending woman at the counter that is judgemental and enjoys it. Avoid unless last choice.

I love Andy’s market and go here almost daily, whether that be for food or alcohol. Today, I went to buy alcohol with my of-age friend that was visiting from out of state, and the card reader systems were saying her ID was fake. They refused to sell us alcohol because they couldn’t prove the ID was real. They whispered “It looks like the ID has a sticker on it,” implying the ID was fake. I will continue to come to this store because I love the employees and convenience of the store. However, ID reading systems that actually work would be helpful. Or, implementing employee training to teach how to accurately detect fake IDs without a machine would be a good idea. Extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately, I have to drop 4 stars to 1⭐!We loved Andy's for years, until last night when 1 employee thought it was okay to go beyond her usual miserable, but tolerable attitude. Your position, (incase your unaware)customer service. It definitely wasn't to make a loyal LOCAL consumer, anxious, embarrassed and leaving your establishment in tears. I watched with my own eyes you pass the simple transaction that you clearly wear at fault for, come to the other side of the counter and Bully" her through intimidation and then laugh about it! I know you can't calculate simple math with a calculator so reading and comprehending this review will be impossible! Ask another employee to help read and understand so you can "pick up what im throwing down"! Remember to say please and thank you to the nice, employee who patiently reads this!! When your done you can tell everyone I gave you "1"gold ? Well deserved ?

Every single employee was beyond rude to me and continued to talk about my friends and I after leaving. Worst service ever!Response: Following the law is not and was not ever my problem with this store. The problem is the unprofessional, rude and disrespectful employees. Funny to see a response to my review trying to claim that I was breaking a law, but no response to the reviews about mold, rats, and other complaints about the staff.
