I always stop into this store when I’m in the commons. The customer service is really lousy but they have cute things. I can’t help but feel like because I’m not a stick figure and have curves they don’t want me there. My money is just as green and I promise I look just as good in them. Reluctantly bought a few things today despite wanting to put them back because of the attitude. Get over yourself, you’re a retail worker.

Hands down my favorite store on the cape! They have everything from cute clothes, a jewelry bar, and even a home section. The girls are always so helpful as well!

Such a fabulous store in Mashpee Commons!!! There is something for everyone here. The staff is also so welcoming and makes you have a great shopping experience every time!

The store is cute but the prices are outrageous. I paid $120 for a charm necklace...its been a month and its completely tarnished. I followed the care instructions and did not wear it when swimming/showering/etc. Im just upset because girl why did I drop a bag on a necklace that's TARNISHINGGG

Very poor customer service. Unless you are a size 0-6, don't bother shopping in this store. I wear a 10, and was looking for the appropriate size, and was told in a VERY condescending tone that BIGGER sizes weren't available, must be sold out. The salesperson was very rude, like I was wasting her time. NEVER going back!! So I went to Lily Pulitzer and dropped $500 in their store???

I love The style clothes and aesthetic of the store. I keep trying to go back to purchase items to give it another chance, but the customer service is not great. Young girls that need some guidance on how to work in customer service/retail. Greeting customers, being aware of standing around talking to each other, and just smiling can be very important.

The employees are so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I really wanted to like this place so I tried to give them another chance, but again was highly disappointed. I will not be back.
