I personally like this bank alot more then my old one and ironically its right next store to his location. People always seem nice and friendly. It is a quiet bank but I never had a problem with this bank at all. However I do wish they updated to modern times. They really do need a refresh in interior tech and looks. There is no coin machine here which is a real bummer since I believe the hyannis eastern bank has one.. But its a small bank what can you do. Its a perfect location, and its the only bank out of all the eastern banks that is open on a sunday, granted I know the workers dont like this most likely but that has saved my butt more times then I can count. Thank you all.

Great, personal service. ATM, as well as extended hours drive through window makes it a very convenient bank.

If you are a small business owner beware of this bank and location. The branch manager here is part of a business network group and will hound you with trying to get you to use her "people". The people who work at this bank are miserable here and when you see them out of the bank they act like they do not know you. In addition if you move your to another bank the customer service stops. Branch manager was so eager and on time signing me up. When in came to tax season asked the branch manager for access to the account for the bookkeeper. Left me hanging for weeks causing me to filing my taxes late. I went to another bank and asked 6 people to stop debits and credits on my account. Until I get all my accounts situated with new account. Because I did not use the word "freeze" it was never done. It caused me to get over $400 in ISF fees. Even after call after call they still wack me with fees. Then talking to the headquarters they are just as incompetent as the local bank. I guess it is real when they say starts with the top down. This "bank" cares about the 1% and gives two (&^% about small businesses and the middle class. This might be the oldest bank in Mass but also has the worst service and oldest technology. Wonder how much the Executives went home with last year because they royally screwed me had another business account they closed that and used the money to pay the overage on my other business account. Stay far away from this bank!
