Went in to do my Christmas shopping. I was wearing a mask because I had the flu several days ago and didn't want to get anyone sick. Very rude salesperson saying you don't need a mask. I said mind your own Damm business and walked out. Never again

Both women working in the store are extremely rude. There were many cute items to look at and each of them stared at me as if I was going to steal something. I was thinking about purchasing a couple of things but decided I would not give my money to someone who can’t even bother to say hello to a customer. Customer service is awful and I would not recommend spending money here…. Maybe just looking!

Great little store with perfume and cape cod gifts. Lots of scout bags and purses. Wooden cape signs and pottery. Tons of gifts and cute merchandise. Really a fun store at Mashpee Commons, perfect for that hard to buy for person. Lots of employees that are eager to help you.

Fabvilla is my “Go to place” for gifts! I can always find the right thing, from hostess gifts to seasonal special treats. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, as well as more than willing to help find that “one of a kind” gift.

Such an easy ordering process! Really fast shipping! And super friendly owner! I found a beautiful table runner and wanted to order it for Mother’s Day! I know my mom will love it! It’s even prettier in person :)

This shop lifts my spirits. A happy store with lovely gifts, pleasant owner, and smells great from the candles and reed diffusers. Go and enjoy.

Found this wonderful boutique accidentally from a sales associate at Crate & Barrel, who didn't have what I was looking for but suggested I try FabVilla. I found what I needed and will visit them again when I'm at Mashpee Commons. Beautiful shop.

A great gift shop with a variety of gifts for yourself and for most occasions. I definitely go in to see what they have every time I go to Mashpee Commons.

The women who work there were very rude. I walked in with my sister and a stroller. I instantly noticed and spoke about how wonderful the store was and how amazing the candles smelled as we walked in. The women were standing right there and never said hello or how they could help but they did mean to roll their eyes at us. All they could say was that we wouldn't fit around the store with the stroller. We were wanting to purchase the candles at first glance and other items but with out even taking 5 steps in the store and being told we wouldn't fit with the stroller we decided to not look at anything else and leave since we weren't welcomed.

I found this beautiful table runner on FabVilla's Instagram page (if you don't follow them you should- everything is so well done!). I had been searching for a gift for Mother's Day and this is perfect. The ordering process was very easy, the shipping was super fast, and the owner was so sweet and added some lotion, perfume, and cash wash samples in the order- such a nice surprise! Thanks so much!!

Awful customer service. Cashier put her hands on my sisters mask pulling it up over her nose and touched her face. She was smelling something. Mouth was still covered. Have no right to ever touch a customer with dirty fingers. Have filed complaints...

Awesome stuff here however one of the ladies behind the counter thought that it was odd for me to buy a figurine because I am a man.

Wow! Just wow! My 70 year old aunt came in to this store last night wearing a mask to accommodate everyone even when she has a breathing problem. She continues to shop. She went to smell an item that was for sale and I had to pull her mask down just a little bit under her nose to smell the different item still covering her mouth and the cashier has the audacity to start screaming at my aunt, she is doesn’t realize that she’s yelling at her. Not asking her politely or communicating with her. The woman comes around the counter and has the audacity to grab my aunts mask and lift it up over her face after she has been handling money touching peoples stuff and handing back-and-forth with people during such a time where there is a Covid I cannot believe management would allow this to happen. Does the store not care about what’s going on in the world? Do they not care that you’re not supposed to be within 6 feet of somebody let alone physically touching their face? How could a store condone this and not address it properly?!? I would say if you were in the Mashpee commons DO NOT shop at the store!!! They will stand within 6 feet of you and physically touch you. I truly hope management addresses properly because my aunt deserves a written apology!!! And to be quiet honestly I would hope that that employee is not the way you would want your store represented because if it is then you truly deserve a lawsuit. I have spoke with the owner of the store and I will update my review when what is being Done to resolve this.
