We visited the Ferguson showroom to select bath and kitchen fixtures. Our appointment with Gregory was great. Gregory was very knowledgeable about all of the various brands and options and ensured we had excellent choices in our price range. We are very happy with the fixtures we selected and the overall price!

Amazing customer service!! The woman I reached over the phone helped patch me through directly to the customer service for the company that manufactured my shower handle. She was incredibly kind and helpful, even when it turned out that the parts were covered by warranty and I wouldn't need to buy it through Ferguson. I would definitely reach out to them again with any of my plumbing supply needs. A++

I needed help installing some very fancy faucets that my customer ordered on line. After having a few laughs about needing help on these products I got the help I needed from Doug. I could not have finished this job without the parts he came up with for me. This is where I'll be going for my plumbing parts as the needs arise!
