Innerglow Yoga is a wonderful yoga studio! Michelle the owner is friendly and welcoming, all of the teachers are fantastic, and the space is beautiful!! I took a class today that was just what I needed and I can't wait to come back! Definitely suggest checking them out?

The two most important things for me when walking into a studio are the sense of community, and the expertise of the instructors. This place has that and more. It’s warm and welcoming, and I feel the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, safe, and non judgmental, and the new space is GORGEOUS! ♥️

Took a class with Kirsten at highfield hall this morning. The class was excellent, focused on intentional, slow flow yoga. Had a great time, felt great all day. Looking forward to next time.
