Old man at register is not intelligent. He's rude to people and just sort of a not nice person. This may not be his fault though, he seems like he's not quite all there.

I called with a question about bottle returns. the woman that answered the phone was very rude and had no idea what I was talking about. she then abruptly hung up the phone while I was in the middle of thanking her for her time.

This is a very underestimated store. They have always had everything I have looked for including Chartreuse, which I could not find anywhere. During the "COVID" hysteria, they were the only store that respected my freedom not to wear a mask, thus living up to their name.

I visited the store Jan-7 around 3 pmFirst impression they had good selection of products with reasonable price pointI asked the cash register person ( he was older guy , tall) where are the Pinot Noir wines , he gave me an ugly look , why i am askingmeanwhile there was along lady sales person can she was super nice and helped to pick up what i was looking forwhen i went to cash register , i had 9 bottles of wine two bottles of bourbon i ask the same old (nasty guy) may i have a boxhe was very angry why i am asking for the box, he asked me to count the bottles, as i was doing it , he keep repeating with angry voice how many bottles i havei asked him what was his name, he said he has NO Nameand doesn't want to talk to customersI would never shop there again..... this guy should be fired , he was rude, angry and unpleasant personI hope the owner take appropriate action....

Solid selection and the staff is quite friendly. They don't have anything too crazy (that I saw) but they had a nice selection of bourbons.

I go there because it's local but every time I do no matter how Kind I am, there extremely rude I've met one girl who wasn't rude. & a helpful kid offered to assist me with my redemptions. But Im uncomfortable every time I walk in, the last time I was in there the old grumpy man yelled at me for nothing, and another man over charged me, he wasn't going to mention it until I did! They need new management. Or maybe just some customer service and common courtesy!

Good selection but the older guy at the register has a real attitude problem. I don't normally comment on specific employees but he's always there and always annoyed by your presence.

Nice enough place, large selection. A little pricey but it's the location I guess. A major problem here is that the male cashiers are so friggin slow....... always a line.

Liberty liquores is a proffesion establishment with a staff that can get or find and order thT wine you need to make your evening , special event or gathering just right . A good selection of wines and a staff for those special occasions.And no I am not an employee or affiliated , just someone who knows .
