  I stopped in today…my first visit to this location, and my presence was never acknowledged, even though I walked around the entire store. Yes, I may have been under-dressed, and not wearing Lilly, however, I do have an entire closet FULL of Lilly!! I will continue to shop at the Osterville Lilly store because even though I go in “under-dressed” and sometimes “return” online orders, they always treat me with respect!!! I literally felt like Julia Roberts in “Pretty Woman”.

  I’m in Alabama I called to see id they had what I wanted and they did!!! Addie is the girl who helped me she was so sweet! They got the outfit and shorts shipped to me for my baby girls first birthday!!! I’ll definitely be a returning customer!   Total Pretty Woman moment tonight. Went in to buy my wife an outfit and my future daughter in law something. They never acknowledged us when we walked in but the lady behind us got a warm greeting. Tried a few outfits on, no help from the staff so we left a pile of clothes and left. NEVER to go back!

  Awesome Lilly store at Mashpee Commons. So much Lilly in all the best prints. Fantastic employees. My son accidentally knocked over a mannaquin and the saleswoman laughed about it and picked it up. Great store. I love the Lilly prints. So much fun.
