“I have to go in there from time to time to drop off packages. They seem to provide fine customer service. Scan my package give me a receipt immediately. I am on my way. I hear from friends and acquaintances that this UPS Store are VERY good at packing up things that do not fit in square or rectangular boxing to ship, and also framed art so it gets to destination unharmed.”

“We needed to return 2 separate items to Amazon (12/28/25). Started the return process with Amazon and got the QR codes. Dropped both packages off at the store.Thinking both were scanned and all was good we left the store.
After reviewing the Amazon account today we noticed 1 was processed and a credit was issued while the other was still pending.
Visited the store today and the associate was able to scan the codes again.
All is good. Amazon account was credited this afternoon.
