planet Fitness in Mashpee Ma. has had a serious issue with the water heater in the Men's shower. It's been broken for the past few months and the manager knows that the steps they have taken to fix it hasn't worked. Most days you can't get a hot shower. Have you ever taken a cold shower after a workout? Unacceptable This is the dollar store of gyms, you get what you pay for really. The gym is only five years old and it's falling apart. SHAMEFUL.

I dropped my keys deep into a aluminum body of the elliptical.
They both disassembled the machine from the bottom to get them back to me!!

Half the TVs don’t have sound. Can someone make sure that if a TV station is on that it also has sound ?

I have been here for 30 min now, when I first walked in, I wiped down a bike only to realize after that it's missing a pedal. I reported to the attendant who did not move a finger to minimum place a sign on it as "broken". I repeat the same process with the bike next to that one, I get on and the screen is not working! Needless to say, it is extremely frustrating. I suppose the attendant had better things to do, like scroll on the phone. Having issues with camera, but it's bike #91 and #90.

It's a lovely establishment except for the fact that the early closing hours on the weekend and holiday hours are horrible

The most striking thing, to me, is how clean this gym is kept. The location of the gym over the years has had previous Owners before Planet Fitness bought it and completely renovated the entire setup. There are twice as many Machines ( ergo, no waiting ‐ if rarely )All gym amenities have been met.As a Senior, I' impressed that a LARGE portion of the members are Seniors.Also very accommodating Staff
