On the hunt for a new recliner a woman I support and I ended up at pottery barn. While the parking situation and cluster of the store caused some immediate anxieties, a wonderful salesman, Gregory, quickly calmed all worries. He moved furniture out of our way so we could fit with a walker, showed us all options, and even knew sign language so he was able to communicate directly with woman supported. To my surprise he stated it was only his 8th day working here! We left accomplishing our goal thanks to Gregory!

Absolutely horrible. If you buy a bed from any other retailer, they include old bed removal in their $300 delivery price. Not Pottery Barn. They suck.

Do NOT order furniture from Pottery Barn. I ordered a $1,500 desk and waited two months for it to be delivered. Paid an additional $250 for white glove delivery service. Arrived at the scheduled time without enough screws to put the desk together. I requested they come back with the proper equipment to finish the assembly as we paid $250 for the service. Customer service told me they could not do that and would need to order a replacement desk. Waited an additional six weeks for the replacement desk. The second delivery appointment was between 11:30am-1:30pm. I received a phone call from the delivery driver at 8:30am saying they were 20 minutes away. He acknowledged it was not the correct time to arrive but said they would be there in 20 minutes if I wanted it to be delivered that day. I felt trapped to accept the delivery and rushed home due to not knowing if I would have to wait weeks longer for another appointment. He also added that they did not have the center desk piece to connect the desk and had informed the warehouse before they left at 4:00am that they were missing the piece. He asked me if customer service had contacted me to tell me that as he reported it at 4:00am while scanning in his deliveries for the day, which they had not. I then called customer service about the missing piece, who then canceled the delivery without asking me. I am now again waiting for a call back from customer service to see when they will schedule and deliver the replacement desk with all pieces and screws. I will likely be waiting weeks, if not months. Do not recommend.

I've shopped here in years past, a good brand, but overrated. And definitely overpriced. Nice merchandise, but you are paying for the name.

I went into the store trying to find a duplicate pillow to one I had previously purchased from PB. I wouldn't say it was a team meeting but all the employees were huddled together in the front of the store. No one greeted me or bothered to break away from their discussion to offer assistance. I walked through the entire store and still they huddled. I left without a pillow and without assistance.They have nice products. Fairly high prices. And a lack of service at this particular store.

Will never purchase from PB again! Do not order online, terrible customer service! Ordered a dinning table online in April. Table arrived late with no base and a missing chair. The delivery team scratched my wood floors. Paid a ridiculous amount for delivery fee. A month later still no base or 4th chair. I was told by customer service that they are unable to transfer to a supervisor, the company stopped all phone calls to supervisors because they were receiving too many phone calls! I would return this table out of principal if I didn't think that would be even more painful!
