We love this place for our summer vacation. Great pools, great location.

Rooms were not terribly clean or well maintained. Our unit had several areas of cob webs, dirty walls (bug guts?), and broken items such as a wall clock and kitchen pitcher. The out door patio area of our unit was also poorly maintained with an accumulation of leaves and debris, mildewy outside of building, needed routine maintenance and a good power washing. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were great with plenty of seating and sun protection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I'm wondering why there isn't any rooms availability, the end of September to the first of October. You're telling me all those units are filled. I stayed there a couple of years ago, and it's the place I felt comfortable. I couldn't go the last 2 years due to Cancer. I'm very disappointed that there isnt availability for the dates

Very nice and clean place to stay. It's nicely located for groceries and alcohol close to bars and restaurants. Nice quiet place to stay.

Okay dated accommodation. Left sandals and they did not find them. Was told to call back
Next day two days in a row.
A housekeeper has a nice pair of Ugg candles.
Would not go back.

Stayed here many times before but never had bugs (possibly bed bugs) biting me every night. Told the office at checkout and no response other than, okay you’re all set. Also got a call in our room during our stay to attend their timeshare seminar after we already told them no thanks at check in. Won’t be staying here again.

We have been owners here more than 20 years. When we first bought it, the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Couple years back they updated and the comfortable mattresses were no longer comfortable. Same with the living room. Update to the kitchen was good except the coffee maker and appliances are ancient. Tables and chairs on the deck are cheap and need updating. It’s a nice place to stay if you plan on being out most of the day as the outdoor pool is small and inside pool is somewhat cloudy and has terrible air quality. We get nothing special for being owners and now are being targeted to attend informational meetings to sell us something else. Yearly fees are almost unaffordable now. The grounds and flowers used to be beautiful. Not the same and definitely needs updating.

Better places to say especially for the price! Rooms are old and outdated, dingy and have a musty smell to them. Nice outdoor pool but it’s only open till 8 or 9pm depending on the day of the week and they are strict about it. The air quality of indoor pool area isn’t great, they need better ventilation and they do not like when you try opening the side door to let fresh air in. (This is the same area where sauna and hot tub are) They have mini golf area and tennis courts and volleyball courts but those areas are in desperate need of an upgrade and maintenance. I have been coming for years (20+) as our family owns a timeshare there and we used to rent additional rooms for celebrations etc, but we no longer do as there are more affordable and better updated places to stay locally. And over the last couple years the front desk staff has gotten ruder and ruder. Giving way too much attitude to guests who are literally keeping them in business. I try to not engage with front desk because of their attitudes and how they aren’t very helpful most of the time. Not sure why they all seem miserable, but in hospitality career you would think they would be more friendly!

We have been coming here since 2002, and seen this resort gone through a few changes in management.
The resort has been the same since, and is feeling very outdated.
They can use some new amenities, and things for the guests to do.
They do keep the rooms very clean.
The most recent change is the salespeople sitting in the lobby trying to sell you additional time shares by either bugging you on your way to the pool or cold-calling you in your room... on your vacation.
On the plus side, the location is convenient to shopping and good restaurants, but still a ways a way from the good beaches.
I feel like this is our second home and have raised our kids here.
We dont plan to leave anytime soon.

Easy place to stay on the cape. Oddly strict towel exchange. And the towels are paper thin. Also, they do not provide individual sponges or mini dish detergent. Never had that experience when staying at a place that has a kitchen.

Located in Mashpee, Cape Cod. Beautiful anesthetics, staff fairly friendly. They refused certain items my children requested. Pools were nice size, clean, surroundings well kept. Table 🎾 and 🎱 in same area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. Thanks to all the friendly, supportive staff.

Don’t waste your time or money. It’s a retirement home resort that is failing so it’s been purchased by an acquisitions company that will try to sell you future vacation packages. Nothing is being fixed or renovated. Indoor and outdoor pool were closed during stay. It’s a very rules based resort, that is not conducive to anyone under 18. Examples are under 18 can’t use gym, under 16 no hot tub, under 16 no sauna. If you need gym key you have to borrow from front desk and trade your key card for your room. Not allowed to prop a door open after putting chemicals in indoor pool when it was so bad eyes were burning because it’s an exit only door. It was built on the late 80s and has never been renovated. Very disappointing.
